Post Office items insured for less than $200.00 do not require signature. We reserve the right to remove glass on items for safety in shipping. California buyer's pay 9.75% sales' tax or fill out our resale form. We require that a fully filled out form with your name, business name, your address, seller's resale number and your original signature be on file with us before we ship an order without sales' tax. ANY LARGE ITEMS SHIPPED TO ALASKA OR HAWAII DO NOT QUALIFY FOR OUR FLAT RATE.
