SHIPPING INFORMATION;
I do combine shipping for multiple purchases.If you try to check out on your own and the shipping does not discount automatically,you can either do one of two things.You can wait for me to send an invoice or if you want to check out fast,go ahead and pay the shipping listed and I will send a refund when I process your purchase.
I don't overcharge on shipping.Always,you will get a refund if it cost less.Even if it's $1.00.However,please know that I do calculate a handling fee of $1.35 in with the shipping fee.That pays for my ink,paper,printer,bags and any packaging materials used to pack your items.
A word about international shipping..............
First class International is risky.USPS provides NO tracking number for this option.Priority International is recommended.Tracking information and insurance is included in the fee.
I ship worldwide and try to offer you the fastest and lowest prices.Please understand that it takes 8-10 business days to ship international.So even though I mail within 24 hours of payment received-you will still need to expect delivery 8-10 days later.
Customs information:Please understand that your country requires a customs form to be filled out when mailed.The value of your purchase will be written on the form.Your country will tax you on this amount.That tax goes to YOUR country not me.These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight(shipping) company or when you pick the item up-do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.It is illegal for me to mark as a gift.Also customs has the right to hold your package,open it and whatever else they want to.It is possible that your package will get delayed because of this procedure.I have had this happen and it would be 30 days before my buyer would receive it.Thankfully I have only had this happen a few times.
NEW INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING;
After much consideration,I have decided to no longer offer international sales.In 4 years I have only received 2 negative feedback.Both were international sales and the problems were due to customs delays and language barriers.I feel this is much too risky for my business any longer.This process of changing all my listings will take some time.In the meantime,I will continue to offer international shipping only if the listing states it. |
