Those of you who have followed Common Threads for a while know that things have changed this year. We still have the flocks of sheep and angora goats, guarded by the llamas - Muppet in the picture here and his sister Pequena.
A few years ago my dream job came and found me. This led to our move from Colorado to Arkansas and my year of immersion in learning to be Craft Director at the Ozark Folk Center.
Now Lena has taken over Common Threads and will be working to bring you the same wonderful fibers, yarns, crochet hooks, knitting needles and trilooms that we have been growing and making since 2001. She has been our shepherd, fiber processor and dyer since she was 13-years-old. Now out of college and growing in her talents as a fiber artist, she is ready to make this her full-time job.
We love questions and the individual interaction we have with our customers here on ebay and at shows. Often the questions I get lend themselves to detailed answers and I put these answers out for everyone as eBay guides. Check them out at http://search.reviews.ebay.com/members/jenonthefarm
Shawn has added a full-time business as a broom squire to his full-time business as a fiber arts tool maker and his full-time business doing web design. You can order his items here on the ebay store or through his Laffing Horse Crafts web site.
