A one-stop shop specializing in Lego® Mindstorm Robotic Invention System parts and accessories. I only sell new and QUALITY used parts in excellent condition that I would want to purchase myself. Everything is is described as accurate as possible so you know what you will be getting. I believe in great customer service and hope to get your repeat business! If you ever have any problems with your order, please contact me right away so I can remedy the situation promptly.
For US buyers, I ship USPS Priority, USPS First Class, USPS Express Mail, or occasionally UPS for heavier orders. For International buyers, I ship USPS First Class International for small, light items and USPS Priority International or Express Mail for heavier items. International Insurance is only available on Priority International or Express BOXES, not the Flat Rate ENVELOPES or the new small Flat Rate Box, or First Class International. See the www.usps.com website to check if packages to your country can be insured. Smaller packages and envelopes CANNOT BE INSURED Internationally. These are the Post Office rules. I cannot change them.
PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID INTERNATIONAL PHONE NUMBER with your payment if it is not already in your eBay information. This allows your Post Office to contact you if they need to, thus speeding up your shipping. If you do not provide a phone number, this may delay delivery to your house. I do not use the phone numbers for any other purpose and I never, NEVER sell or distribute your personal information.
International customers are responsible for their own customs fees and duties. I list auction or list price on the customs form, whichever is less. I cannot ship as a "gift". Please do not ask. I ship as soon as I receive payment and let you know if there is any delay. Usually all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment clearing.
