USED Clothing.

All used clothing may well have wear that I did not see. I  I disclose and show pics of all flaws that I see, but  I am human, and could miss something.Just assume that used items will have damage, maybe alot more than you expect, then if they don't you will be happy.  All items are sold as-is with no returns. Keep in mind that my idea of "like new" or "pink" or "soft" or whatever, may vary from yours. Words are subjective, please study the pictures and ask questions prior to bidding.  The point is that if you are a person who expects used items (or me) to be perfect, please do not bid on my used items.

RATING for used clothing:

(This means I don't see any wear, but I don't use a magnifying glass. Please keep this in mind) 

Very Good: shows very little evidence of wear

Good: shows minor wear, still has lots of life

Fair: well loved and previously well worn, distressed and or damaged, but still has life. 

Any major damage that I see will be shown, this is not to imply that I will see or show all damage. Again, I am human.

If you win by mistake or wish to cancel for any reason, there is a $10.00 or 15% fee (whichever is higher) to cancel the transaction, if you would like to do so without an ebay strike. I do not take returns except in rare cases. When I do, the same fee applies, regardless of the reason.

All payments must be in within 4 days of auction end or I will cancel the transaction. And, if there is a choice of size, YOU MUST let me know the size you need within 48 hours of auction end (so I can relist the other sizes) or I will relist all sizes and cancel your transaction. You agree to this when you bid and you agree not to be upset if I do cancel.

Hi, I am Jeri, Single mom and ebay power seller. I have embarked on a full time Ebay career as a means of staying at home with my son. I feel very fortunate to be able to do this, I am aware that most of us do not have this option. I also have a medical condition that makes it extra difficult to work outside of my home. It also makes some aspects of selling difficult, thus my somewhat lengthy terms,  but it does not prevent me from providing you with high quality clothing and footwear, and prompt shipping. WORKING EBAY/PAYPAL EMAIL: This is MOST important. You must have a working email that you check often linked to your ebay account.  Also, spam filters on your ebay email are against ebay policy, please remove them or use a special email and check it often when win an auction.

Never leave a request in the message section with your paypal payment, be it an alternate shipping address or otherwise. I will not see this. The only messages I will see are choice of size or color as I will will be looking for that.

I ship to the Paypal approved address. If you are going to need me to ship to an alternate address please make the request prior to bidding. There may be a temporary hold if this is approved. Make sure you change your paypal address (temporarily) to the address you want me to ship to because this is the address that automatically prints on the label.

 I am human and I am trying to run this show by myself. I can and do make mistakes. I always believe I have items in stock when I list, but occasionally I make a mistake, or more often, my supplier sends the wrong size or color in the box. When that happens I will contact you and refund immediately unless you want the item anyway. Please do not bid on my auction if this will upset you, and you agree not to post negative feedback if it does.

Here are my terms:  I DO NOT TAKE RETURNS FOR ANY REASON except if I send an item that has a different size or color than what is stated in the listing.  The size on the shoes or box may be mis-sized in your opinion, so make sure you buy the correct size before bidding. And if I do accept a return, shipping is obviously never refunded. So... do your research, ask questions before bidding and find out if they run large or small, I can't always tell but will mention it if I know.  Still, do not depend on my recommendations, which are only that, recommendations, make sure you know the correct size to buy before bidding. New items are sold to me as new, but may be store returns or display. I will mention this in the listing if I notice it. Sizes vary from shoe to shoe. I will not take a return if and item is not sized as you think it should be. You agree to this when you bid. Please do not bid if you do not know the correct size in the item you are bidding on, unless you are willing to re-sell them on Ebay...which I will happily assist you with.

NEW ITEMS:

Most new items are discontinued or overstocks. Usually they are from a previous season. You will rarely find an item on the manufacturers website, but you may find something similar.

USED ITEMS
Used items are sold as-is.  Please keep in mind that used is used, even if the condition is stated as very good, there could be wear that you consider an issue that I did not see. You agree to this possibility when you bid and agree to keep it.  Please be careful when bidding on used items and ask all questions prior to bidding. In the rare event that I accept a return, shipping is never refunded. I do not dry clean drycleanable items. I leave that up to you. You will probably want to anyway so why pay for it twice. I provide plenty of pictures so study them carefully and again, ask questions if you see something that may be a problem for you. 

FEEDBACK:
I sincerely apologize, but I am unable to leave feedback at this time. The feedback forum has become a sham, only buyers can leave negative and neutral, sellers cannot and therefor cannot penalize unethical and non-paying buyers, nor warn other sellers of potential problem buyers. This is also detrimental to honest buyers as sellers are more wary of all buyers and have stricter requirements. When Ebay fixes it (changes is back), I will resume leaving feedback. You are welcome to leave me feedback or not, but I do not ask for it so please do not penalize me for this practice. There is a loophole if you really need feedback. Since ebay will not fix it until they are inundated with requests, I wil happily leave you feedback if write to ebay and ask them to change it back, then email me to let me know.  SHIPPING: Shipping carriers vary and is my choice.   I ship in the original box if there is one, in an alternate box if there is not. If you would like me to double box, please add $2.00 for the box and the additional shipping. If you have any special requests, make sure to clear them with me prior to bidding. This includes expedited shipping, signature confirmation and specific carrier or type of shipment as there will usually be additional costs. Do NOT put special requests in the message box with a paypal payment, I probably won't even see it. All requests must be cleared prior to bidding via email for your safety.  Do not assume that I can accomodate you, but I will if I can.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  If paypal does not approve your address for shipping, I cannot take your paypal payment. This is not negotiable. If this happens,  you must send a bank check of some type in U.S. dollars, you agree to this when you bid.  I cannot insure most packages at the shipping rate quoted in the listing. Usually I am shipping first class and there is not insurance option. If you need insurance, you will have to get a quote for a different type of shipping and it will cost much more, and  to some countries insurance is not available at all. Please be aware that there are hefty handling fees for overseas shipment to help cover the extra time, fees and cabfare to and from the post office.

 Payments:
 Payments via Paypal ONLY, ebay no longer allows sellers to take other types of payments except paypal and credit cards (and I do not have a cc merchant account except through paypal. .  I only ship to the approved paypal address, KNOW this. If your address is not approved, I will cancel the transaction as "mutually agreed". All payments are due within 4 days of auction end, unless you have contacted me and asked for an extension while bidding on other of my items. This is not negotiable. I will re-list items if the payment has not arrived in 4 days, and I apoligize for the hard line, but most of the time if the payment isn't in by then, it is never going to be.

UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES
If you win an item and you are not authorized to bid on my auctions,ie. you live outside the U.S. or Canada: You are still obligated to complete the transaction. You must send a certified bank check, that is the only option and include the s/h fee I send you at auction end. This is not negotiable. If you cannot read English fluently, do not bid on my listings.

INSURANCE: Insurance is always extra regardless of carrier. If you do not see insurance on your package and you paid for it, I have a record and I am acting as the insurer.
