Customer Care
I am a one person show. This means I write the descriptions, take the pictures, take the measurements, answer the e-mails, package and ship. Therefore you are guaranteed that one on one personal attention. My descriptions are so meticulous because of my first hand knowledge of my products. Plus since I do all my own shopping, you can get a feel of the styles and tastes I bring to my auctions. The only thing I do not offer is returns or exchanges. I state this in all of my auctions. The reason being is that I explain my auctions exactly as they are. If you have any questions about my items, I ask that you please e-mail me with them prior to placing bids. I realize shopping on the internet can be a little intimidating and sometimes scary. You are concerned if the item will fit properly or is the exact shade you are looking for. Though I describe the items exactly as they are and provide measurements you may still have some concerns. This is why I recommend all of my buyers follow my example. I always purchase Paypal's insurance while checking out. It is a nominal charge and it covers your purchase 100%.
Policy Regarding Feedback:
I try and leave feedbacks all at once. Therefore I may only leave feedback once a week. If you already left me feedback and wondering why I haven't done the same, please be patient. I will leave you the appropriate feedback as soon as I get a chance. Also if you are an unstaified buyer and would like to leave me negative feedback e-mail me first. I would like it to go on record that I do not do returns or exchanges for any reason aside from a mistake on my part. This means if you buy a pair of pants to discover they do not fit, I will not make an exception and return them unless I gave you the worng size info or measurements. I rarely make these types of mistakes so I recommend you read the description entirely and ask any questions prior to placing bids. I have also had members who want to use the feedback as a bargaining tool to get unwarranted refunds and etc... My stance on that is go ahead and leave whatever feedback you want. Though positive feedback is appreciated, slanderous feedback is not tolerated. I will not negotiate for your feedbacks and if slanderous feedback or feedback that is a defamation to my selling name is left, I may seek legal help. I am a Powerseller as well as a stay at home mom. Therefore lying feedback can tarnish my reputation and force me to take the offender to court to try and recoop losses that may have been due to such said feedback. All in all my buyers are good honest people who are repeat customers. I thank you for your loyaly and all your positive feedbacks. Lets keep the feedback forum honest, clean and fair.
On A More Personal Note:
My husband and I had our first child in the fall of '04. He was born on November 8th 2004, and we named him "Billy 4". His dad, grandpa and great grandpa were also Billys. The name suits him well since he is his dad's double but with his mom's eyes. He was born a week early but thank God, healthy and well. He is the cutest baby born to a mother, though I think I may just be a little partial. LOL. He is growing like a weed which is great for all my customers! Since he's the 1st, we overbought wastefully. It was mostly the fault of my father and mother-in-law. We went on a shopping spree in Europe when I was 7 months and purchased European baby clothing that you may want to keep an eye out for. We also had way too many outfits custom made. As he keeps growing many outfits are left unworn or wore for mere hours. This makes Jerseygirldawn the perfect destination for baby shower shopping as well as baby shopping in general. So if you have a baby boy, friend who has a baby boy or a desire to have a baby boy, I'd recommend you add Jerseygirldawn to your favorite sellers list! LOL.
Buyers Beware!
I wanted to take this section to report the most difficult seller I have yet to run into. I thought it my duty to let innocent buyers know what to expect when trying to buy childrens dvds from HOMEVIEWERS. I am posting our entire e-mail conversation so you can see for yourself. Here it goes:
JERSEYGIRLDAWN: I've bid on many dvds right now and was going to ask you if you had a few more. However I read your description and feedback and you sound very much like a seller I had difficulties with. I purched several dvds from a seller films4home or dealsonwheels. They claimed they are in the US but it turned out that was a lie and it took an entire month to receive the dvds. If this is true with you as well, please cancel my bids.

I haven't paid for anything YET. I simply asked you whether or not you truly reside in the US. I read your feedback AFTER I bid. I tried contacting
you immediatly and you did not get back to me until days later (now). All I was saying is that I recently purchased dvds from another member who claimed to reside in the US but really lived in the Phillipines. It took a month
to get my dvds. I just want to verify that you live
in the US and if not, the shipping will be MUCH faster than a month.
My id is jerseygirldawn. I have won like 6 dvds from you. I don't understand how your reply was so defensive for no reason. You didn't answer any of my initial questions but rather attacked me out of the blue! This leads me to believe you are the same seller that is now suspended from Ebay. If that's the case I suggest you play nice since you will be indefinatly suspended if yo have another account attached to a suspended one. So please be professional and help me out here by answering my questions.

Why do you want to fight rather than just answer my questions? I'm NOT fighting with you. All I want are the dvds I won from you to arrive in a reasonable time frame. My questions are understandable why are you so defensive? Your invoice even welcomes questiosn when you write "if you have any questiosn please e-mail me". Yet when I e-mailed you my questions you go off!
Please stop this aggressive behavior immediatly. This is unprofessional and inappropriate.
