We offer a 3-day inspection period on any purchase from us. Simply contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order to request a Return Authorization Number.

So we may process your refund promptly, you must contact Jewelers3 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any items returned without a valid RAN will be refused and returned to sender. Any refund will be given for the price paid (minus shipping),  when the item is returned in the same condition it was sold (not resized or damaged). If an item is mistakenly misrepresented (i.e. wrong gold content, incorrect number of stones), you will receive 100% of your payment amount upon return of the item. All gemstone weights are approximate when measured in their settings. The gemstone weights are determined after examining the size and cut of the gemstone. Photos may be enlarged to show detail of the item being offered.
