Q. What method of payment do you accept?

Q. Where should I mail my payments?

Q. I want to send you payment by PayPal.com. What is your PayPal.com email address?
A. Our PayPal.com email address is payments@jewelryauctions.tv

Q. I sent payment by PayPal but I am not sure if payment has gone through or not.
A. The easiest way to find out if a payment has been sent by PayPal is to log into your PayPal account and click on the History tab. The History section will show you all the payments you have successfully sent.

Shipping FAQ

Q. Does the $6.95 / $18.00 (U.S. / Canada) / $25 (International) shipping fee include insurance and can I combine
     multiple auctions?
A. Buyer to pay shipping and handling of $6.95 + $2.00 per additional closing.

      Shipping to Canada is $18.00 + $2.00 per additional closing.

      International Shipping is $25.00 + $2.00 per additional closing.

      International shipments may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) upon arrival in foreign countries. VAT is determined by
      local governments. JewelryAuctionsTV and USPS are not responsible for these amounts or occurrences.

      IMPORTANT: Insurance is INCLUDED on all shipments!

Q. If I send the payment today, how fast can you ship?
A. We ship items out within 2 to 3 business days from the day we receive customer payments. Our shipping cutoff time is 4:00 noon Eastern time. So if we receive your payment before 10:00AM , we can ship your order out the same day. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped once the check clears which can take up to 10 business days. We ship Monday thru Friday - our shipping department is closed over the weekends and on holidays.

Q. Can you do expedited delivery?
A. We can do FedEX Standard Next Day for $25 extra, and FedEX 2nd Day Standard for $15 extra. Payment for expedited delivery must be received in a separate payment, but at the same time.

Q. How long does it take to receive my item?
A.Please allow 4 to 6 days to receive an item after we ship it.

Q. I am an international customer, but want the item to be shipped to a US address. Can you do it?
A. Considering you have completed the checkout with accurate Bill To & Ship To information, We do not mind shipping to a US address.

After the Auction FAQ

Q. What is the checkout and why should we do it?
A. Checkout is a step after you have won an auction and before you send the payment. Think of checkout like a shopping basket. Items that you have won from us are automatically stored in your basket. When you are done shopping you simply go to the checkout, fill in your shipping information and payment method, and the checkout will generate an invoice for you with an order number and a grand total. This way you do not have to worry about keeping track of which items you have won or figuring out the total. Checkout will also calculate sales tax if applicable. Our checkout is secured and it is capable of taking your credit card information. If you have chosen PayPal as a payment method our checkout will allow you to go to PayPal.com directly from there. Before sending any payment we request you to do the checkout, this way we have all your shipping and order information and we can ship your order quickly.

Q. Is your checkout the same as eBay's checkout?
A. No, the eBay checkout and our checkout are two different things. If you have won an item from us then you must use our checkout at Auctionworks.com.

Q. How do I access the checkout?
A. There are 3 ways of accessing the checkout:

1. After the auction ended we have sent you a ?Winning Bid Notice? email to your ebay registered email address. This email has an internet address link to the checkout. Simply click on the link, or if the link is not clickable you can copy and paste the entire link onto your web browser.

3. You can also go to the checkout in the following way:
   a. Go to http://corporate.auctionworks.com/pay.asp
   b. Enter the eBay item number you have won
   c. Enter your eBay registered email address
   d. Press GO
   e. The next screen will show you your shopping basket

Q. I am not able to go through the checkout. I keep getting an error or it is saying the shopping cart is empty. What should I do?
A. It is possible that many times depending on your internet browser setting and cookie settings you may not be able to access the checkout. In the event you are unable to access our checkout system, you may send us payment directly without proceeding to checkout.
   1. Total all the item(s) you have won.
   2. Add base shipping rate + $2.00 per additional closing rate (if applicable).
   3. If you are in New York add 8.75% sales tax.
   4. Send the payment to us with a note listing all the eBay items you have won and your shipping address.

Q. I received an Order Received and a Thank you for your purchase email from Auctionworks.com. Does this mean that the order has been paid?
A. No, the two emails you received were sent to you after you completed the checkout. This does not imply that payment is received. When a payment is received from either paypal or via credit card, you will receive an email based on your payment method.

Q. I won an auction. What should I do and where do I send the payment?
A. If you have won an auction you should first proceed to checkout and then send the payment. You should also wait until other auctions close in order to combine auctions. We do allow 6 days of closings to save you on shipping.

Q. I won an auction but I do not wish to complete the transaction.
A. Bidding on eBay is a binding contract. If you do not intend to honor your bid please do not bid. We report non paying bidders to eBay and at the same time we have retained a collection agency to collect money from non paying bidders. Non paying bidders can face suspension on eBay.

Auction FAQ

Q. Are the items you are selling brand new?
A. We only sell brand new items. We do not sell used jewelry.

Q. Do you offer ring sizing?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer ring sizing service. We recommend ring sizing be done by your local professional jeweler. This way if any adjustments are needed they can do it right away without you having to ship the item back to us. Generally speaking any ring can be safely sized up or down 1 size. However, many styles of ring (such as eternity bands) are not sizeable or difficult (invisible set) to size.

Q. I am skeptical of buying jewelry on eBay. What assurances you can give me?
A. The best advice we can give you is to check the feedback record of a seller. The feedback system of eBay will give you a good indication of how a seller conducts his or her business. While it is not possible to have a perfect feedback report, a 98% and up positive feedback is a good sign.

Q. Are you selling real jewelry?
A. All our jewelry are real and genuine. We do not sell fake or lab created gemstones.

Q. Why are your prices so low in comparison to retail stores?
A. We are a jewelry manufacturing company, and the prices we offer are the price that we would normally sell to other wholesalers or jewelry stores. Furthermore many of our pieces are offered on a $1 No Reserve auction where the high bidder wins the item regardless of the price. A typical jewelry distribution channel involves 4 to 5 middlemen representing 300 to 400% in added cost. Putting our products on ebay allows us to interact directly with the consumer at tremendous savings.

Q. Who is Auctionworks?
A. Auctionworks.com is an auction management company, and we use them to launch our auctions on to eBay. Listing an item on eBay and completing the sale is a tedious task, and Auctionworks.com helps us through the many steps and as a result we are able to offer a wide variety of items for your convenience and able to process your order faster.

Q. Is there any warranty available for jewelry?
A. Jewelry do not come with any kind of warranty. Not a single jewelry store including us will provide a warranty against gemstones falling out. Jewelry is delicate and care should be taken when wearing it. Also periodic check and cleaning is recommended. Every 6 months or so have your local jeweler check the piece to make sure that the prongs are not worn out. It is also recommended that you purchase jewelry insurance to protect you against loss or theft.

Q. We want to see the jewelry in person. Can we visit your showroom?
A. We are a jewelry manufacturing company and we do not allow customer walkin's. We will only ship the merchandise.

Q. What are your business hours?
A. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 10.00am to 5.00pm, excluding holidays.
