Excellence: All our vintage, collectible, and estate jewelry pieces are checked for working clasps, tight backs, etc. We tighten the clasp, pin or whatever the part may be. The stones are checked for looseness, and are tightened or re-glued if needed. If a piece is exceptionally dirty, we will clean it before we put it up for sale. But as a general rule, we do not clean jewelry pieces as using the wrong cleaning method can ruin the piece; and one person's method of cleaning may not agree with another person's method. So cleaning we leave to the new owner. We don't clean tarnish since doing so may damage the value of certain pieces, and many times the vintage patina is a desired quality for beauty and collectibility. We only sell pieces that meet our standards for quality and beauty and we only sell what we would buy and wear ourselves.

We're Affordable:These days, times are tough. We want everyone to be able to look and feel their best. So we offer our vintage pieces at affordable prices. Much lower than book value, or common prices you'll find. We believe everyone should be able to afford to look good (or have a collection) and in offering people great deals, and would rather deal in volume sales rather than trying to squeeze the most money from individual sales. That way we not only make many sales but we have many happy, and repeat customers all over the world.

100% Iron Clad Happiness Guarantee: If you're not happy with any piece of jewelry you receive for any reason, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less s/h). No questions asked. No problem. And if the return is a result of our error in the listing or otherwise, you will be reimbursed for shipping costs both ways as well. Occasionally a stone may come loose or another part fail soon after it arrives even though the piece has been carefully inspected. If this does occur, and you can't repair it yourself, feel free to send it back to us for a free repair (for U.S. and Canada customers) within 30 days after purchase. It is very important to us that our customers are happy with their purchases. We would not want anyone to be sad because they lost a stone, etc. So we offer this service free of charge for 30 days. We would never offer a piece "as is," since only when the jewelry arrives in your hands are you able to see what it is. We also offer as large and clear and as many pictures as possible so you can really see what you are bidding on (even though these large pictures are many times even larger than actual size and so reveal things one would normally never notice on the item in actual size). We are as honest as the day is long and will disclose any defects in craftsmanship or materials that we find. Of course we are only human, and may miss something here or there. That's why we offer our money back guarantee. We are lucky to have you as our customer and we treat you with respect. We aren't happy until you are.

Combined Shipping: We always combine shipping to save you money. There's nothing more frustrating than paying overpriced shipping. We agree and we never make a profit on shipping. In fact, if you do end up paying before you've received your combined invoice, we will refund the difference in overpayment of s/h right away. We're very honest. And if you pay before we send an invoice and give you a shipping or other discount, we will immediately refund the overpayment. Insurance is always available; if you'd like it, just ask.

Free Shipping: For U.S. and Canada shipping is free if you purchase at least three items from us and pay for them with one payment. If you are still shopping for your items and you receive an invoice, do not pay the invoice until you are finished shopping. There is no rush. You have up to two weeks to complete your shopping to qualify for shipping discounts and find special bargains. We will automatically combine and calculate your purchases, and update you with invoices to let you know when you've reached the free shipping stage.

When We Ship: We normally ship Monday through Saturday. Most items ship within 24 hours of confirmed payment. If there is an unforeseen delay in shipment, we will contact you to let you know. You will also receive an email when your package has left the building.

Feedback: We work very hard to make sure our customers are happy and are products are top of the line. Should anything go wrong, we will do our best to make it right. International Shipping: We ship globally via First Class International since it is less expensive than the priority options for international mail. Shipping takes about 7-10 days to arrive for most areas, although we've noticed sometimes it takes as much as a month for items to reach Italy. International shipping costs are actual postage, plus $2. That's a one-time handling fee of $2, whether you purchase 1 item or 100 items…there is just one $2 charge. If you have need for speedier shipping in any instance, just let us know, we're happy to accommodate your priority or express shipping needs for an additional fee.
