My guess is you are here because you are interested in one of my auctions and came to read up on my blah, blah, blahs.    If you bid on any of my auctions, that means you have read ALL of the following and agree with it.  Thank you for your interest!!

I would like to add that I owe a BIG, HUGE thanks to the buyers who play by the rules.  These are the buyers who pay quickly and leave feedback!  I also buy from Ebay and I pay fast and always leave feedback.  Its buyers like you who make selling on ebay tons of fun for me :)  Unfortunately, there are some buyers who are not like this and that is why I have so many conditions to my listings.

• I only accept Paypal
• Payment due within 36 hours or make contact during those 3 days if you need more time -- not on the 4th day because I will be relisting your item on the 4th day!!! 
• All you have to do is send me a message or email if you need more time within those 36 hours - easy right?   I am very easy to work with and I understand stuff happens -- but have no patience for people who waste other people's time -- please do not waste my time.  I have the right to relist item on 4^th day if no contact made and file an unpaid item claim with ebay -- and be assured I WILL.  Sellers have very few rights around here and filing an unpaid claim is well within my rights.  IF YOU DONT LIKE THIS, DON'T BID.
• in the event that an Unpaid Claim is filed with ebay - ALL CASES WILL BE CLOSED AFTER 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY THE CASE WAS OPENED NO MATTER WHAT.  After the 14th day, I will close the case and you will receive an unpaid strike against you.  I will also relist the item.

• My feedback is VERY important to me. I will leave positive feedback for you as soon as you leave positive feedback for me. If you are unhappy, please tell me before leaving negative feedback. I'll do my best to make you happy:)
• I will always give you a heads-up when your item will be mailed - usually the day of or day after payment clears. 
• Please read on for my policy on refunds.

• Refunds will be given ONLY if item is grossly misrepresented in listing. I am human and can make mistakes so please let me know if this happens so I can make things right.
• In the event that you need to return an item because of misrepresentation, I will refund your final bid price (minus shipping) as soon as item is returned.
• Item must be returned within 7 days of contacting me.

Shipping :

• US ONLY
• YES!  I do combine shipping.  Please send me a message with the items you are looking to bid on.  Auctions must be within 3 days of each other. I will weigh them and give you a shipping quote.  I do not have a specific discount because some items are heavy and ship Parcel Post, some are light and ship First Class, there's Media Mail...and so on.
• Shipping costs went up May 11th 2009!!! And are going up again January 4th 2010!!!
• ITEM USUALLY SHIPS OUT WITHIN 24 - 48 HOURS OF CLEARED PAYMENT!  THE SOONER YOU PAY< THE SOONER YOU GET YOUR ITEM
• My shipping costs not only reflect the actual shipping cost but reflect a handling fee that covers my time, ebay & paypal fees, delivery confirmation, shipping materials and packaging, tape & paper and ink, etc. 
• Please be aware that Media Mail can take up to 2 weeks or longer, depending on where you are located. 
• I am NOT responsible for how fast or slow the USPS takes to delivery your item.  All I can do it package it, label it, and drop it off to the PO.  After that, it's out of my hands

Insurance:

• Ebay no longer gives sellers the option to offer you, the buyer, insurance on your item.  SORRY :(  But my shipping charge also includes delivery confirmation.  You will receive an email from Ebay letting you know that I have created a shipping label for you when I am putting your package together.  In that email, you should receive a transaction # or tracking #.  I have also found it on my Ebay "won" page when I buy from other sellers.  SAVE THIS EMAIL!  If you are wondering where you package is, you can go to USPS.com and track you package easily!

No more business - now more about me!!!

I am a mom and wife.  I have a full-time and a part-time job outside of the home and do Ebay selling on the side.  I have four children of my own and sometimes up to four extras to support as well.  My brother has fallen on some hard times and often "shacks up" with us and I'm glad that I am able to help him and his children.  In return, he often gives me some of their items to sell that they have outgrown and no longer need.  For that reason, I offer a very wide variety of items for sale.  While most come from my family and my brother's, I sometimes sell items that I found in department store that were such great deals I couldn't pass up and had to buy!!
