Affixing U.S. Stamps to Parcels
Once upon a time, the USPS conducted business under the
tradition of 'known customer'. This implied that the carrier could pick up
parcels from us that were over 13 ounces affixed with U.S. postage and bring
them to the counter for processing. We were a known customer until postal
regulation changes in May 2007.
We met with several U.S. Post Master representatives, voiced our disdain for
the new 'Untrusted Customer' policy. To no avail. If you mail ANYTHING over
13 ounces with postage affixed, you must present the package to the postal
clerk personally. This allows the USPS to film you as you drop of the
package. It is logistically impossible for us to bring 100+ posts to the post
office personally.
With metered mail, there is automatic tracking of the package source. No need
to present the item personally to the post.
Payment
US Dollars, Pounds, or Euros are on an exchange basis -10% for conversion on our end. We accept Western Union, PayPal, United States Postal Money Order, Bank Money Order (DRAWN ON U.S. BANK ONLY Please - IF NOT, M.O. WILL BE SENT BACK) and U.S. Personal Checks (sorry, we have to wait until they clear). PLEASE note all eBay item numbers, your shipping address and special instructions with your payment.
Shipping
Please note shipping address and ALL auction numbers with your payment. We strive to ship ALL items within 5-7 business days after funds are verified.
We ship all international shipments via USPS Air Mail.
All U.S. box lots that are NOT addressed to a P.O. box, over 4 pounds, are shipped using UPS Ground.
All U.S. box lots that ARE addressed to a P.O. box are shipped using USPS Ground.
IF YOU REQUIRE INSURANCE OR FASTER SHIPPING, PLEASE EMAIL US. THAT IS THE BEST WAY TO RECEIVE WHAT YOU ASK.

Combined Shipping + More
We will combine shipments to reduce your shipping costs. Auction shipments can be combined within 7 days of first auction win. You must email your desire to combine auction shipments with the EBAY auction number(s).
We ship using the best material that all of us can afford. Our #10 envelopes are lined with cardboard. Our larger envelopes are lined with cardboard and every shipment is taped well to prevent as much movement as possible. Our boxes are corrugated and of the highest quality. Please be asurred that we take pride in our shipping. If there is a mistake in our packaging, please contact us immediately.
Feedback
As a premier account all of our feedback is automatically left by eBay, please give them 3-4 weeks.
Returns
Returns are accepted for 7 business days after you receive the item minus shipping costs. Promptly contact us for return.
PLEASE contact us via email for returns. We will process your return quickly and with the utmost respect for your request! We will ask you why you would like to return the item. This is only to make our processes better! Please be sure, that you will never be treated rudely or discourteously!
