Short Bio
I closed a large Collectible, Antique, and Memo store, (10 years ago) located in a major mall in southern California. Store at this location for 15 years, and have been in this business for over 30 years. Am willing and able to answer questions in regards to most all items, and if don’t know the answer will always give you a way to find out. As purchase/traded for these many years ago, my pricing will most always be low (I’m a great buyer) and do this as a way to me people all over the world and stay active in my advanced years.
I will do my best to give accurate representations, descriptions and pictures of any item I sell. Many of the items I sell on eBay are antique, collectible, Memorabilia (and a few other goodies.) Normal signs of wear can be expected. Many customers have commented that received items were better than described. On occasion I may miss something, a defect or something that should be brought to a buy’s attention. Please remember, mistakes are not intentional and am always willing to add information or corrections, and appreciate when these things are brought to my attention.
Autographs
–One of the major areas of my store was of the Hollywood types of collectibles. One major interest was in Autographs. Most All of the autographs that I will offer are -IN PERSON SIGNINGS. I will give details on each when they are listed. I have many friends employee in the entertainment business, and have enjoyed trips to the studios and private or charity functions. Have also been a participant of a few of the charity functions myself. All signatures are authentic, most are from hands on in person signings, a few from relatives and estate purchases. NONE are from mast selling businesses and or strangers. When we would get an autograph we would try to, most times, get it on something different. Magazine pages, an item, scripts, and/or press pieces, and at times when would come apond a celebrity whatever we had available. Most are not set up in any type of presentation, liked to leave that for the person who purchases -it allows you to make any type of presentation you choose to suit your needs and area for display.

Tips --One Major tip I would give in my store was on display of signed items. Never put where there is major Light and/or where the Sun can shine directly on the signature. IT WILL FADE AND IN TIME YOUR WILL LOSE THE AUTOGRAPH, it will turn very slight Yellow.
In the store I did give a Autograph Certification with all autographs I sold. If requested I have no problem filling out and including with your purchase, please just ask. I carry no papers that state that I am an expert, but on in person signings, purchases from family members etc. I can certify that the item is Authentic. (Cert will carry the name and address of my business in Orange Co. Ca.
DELIVERY-SHIPPING –COMBINING ITEMS -DAMAGE -CUSTOMS
I will always combine inventory, when possible and save my clients shipping & handling cost. Will do this within the same time frame as the purchase, whenever possible, if items are packed and posted of course can’t, keep me in the loop so I can make it easy on us both. I charge from $1.00 to $2.00 (as handling-per box) over actual postage. When I combine items it is the same one handling cost on everything. I ship the way I would want my items to come to me-Safe and well -Using: Form core-bubble wrap-form wrap-in protected plastic, I will not ship in newspaper (not that this is bad) but adds weight to your item, and as I said would want as comes to me, so will keep the weight down.
I personally recommend shipping with Priority Mail, this is best way to ship, has tracking, delivery confirmation and all Priority carriers a indemnity (postal insurance). While this is so it would behoove you to add additional insurance on very breakable items. At times because of breakable items I will make insurance a must.
At times I have paper goods, magazines, photos, flat paper type of items, small pins and buttons, which can be shipped in brown envelopes, bubble envelopes, media mail and the like. You will have a choice to choose the shipping that you would like. Remember at times it doesn’t pay to be penny wise and dollar foolish.
While I too am not that happy with the shipping cost, and/or Customs cost either, they are what they are---I don’t lie about the values on customs slips-as I am the one who would suffer damages to my business, so it would not be respectful or reasonable to ask me to do so. If you are one of my out of the county buyers you should be able to check these types of cost before you make your bid/purchase.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING: I don’t have any control as to what might happen in shipping-but will always be available to sort out the problems. It needs to be UNDERSTOOD how the process works-most all times the item will come back to me (the shipper) and I will need to follow up from here. I have no problem investing the time that it takes (AND HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THAT EITHER) this needs to be understood by us both.
REFUND INFORMATION
—most all of my items are in this area of inventory. I don’t generally offer REFUNDS. Sad but true many times both in the store & other selling media, some people like to “replace” their collectibles and/or Antiques with better quality and have been known to try a switch. Also many items are ones of a kind, please always ASK QUESTIONS before you bid & or purchase. Yes there have been times when through no fault of either of us and a refund has been made, return shipping cost was/is covered by the purchaser.

I accept PayPal as only form of payment, in following the rules of eBay.

At times I may list very brief information, in order to get the listing up and come back later with more detailed information. –Please do not hesitate to ask any questions, will get back to you quickly.
I may use the same templates in most all of my listings, Store, BIN, and Auction, and at times when eBay is offering a special sale I will take something from the store and put in another type of sale, with a better price for you, Take advantage. If an item is offered with an offer, please don’t hesitate to make one –nothing ventured –NOTHING ever gained. If you think something is not within your “budget range” talk to me, maybe we can work something out, of course COMMEN SENSE be your guide.
FEEDBACK
Last but not least, a few comments about FEEDBACK. This is maybe the spot where I may show my age. (Sorry) IF THERE IS A PROBLEM PLEASE TALK WITH ME AND WILL SEE IF WE CAN FIGURED IT OUT WHERE WE BOTH WILL BE HAPPY. I want future business from everyone.
As a seller, it is hard to ask someone to “thank me” for allowing them to make the purchase, that of course is silly BUT as my feedback goes up, it allows me to get different advantages from eBay, those which I can pass forward to my clients –AND I DO!! At times being from the old school it also allows me to put away any paper work I have keep, and to know delivery was made. I don’t expect or ask for any “outstanding remarks” (BUT AM VERY HAPPY AND PROUD FOR ALL THOSE I HAVE BEEN GIVEN). A Simple remark allows me to know everything is well and gives me benefits.
AS A BUYER, I do take a different stand, (I always thank my buyers right after purchase). I am really “put off” when I spend my money, and the seller (first timers-somewhat understood) does not have the common good manners to at least say “Thank You” and as a matter of record ---when they don’t, it will be the only items I ever purchase from them. I see this with those who now have high feedback, and no longer feel “they” need to say thank you. Be that as it may.
