goal at JJGoodwin.com is to design,

Before we close, as always we are up to
something interesting and time
consuming. This time we are
involved in renovating our own personal
version of the Money Pit. An old 5200
square foot Southern
Colonial. It's about half done. It has
taken us 2 months to get where we are
now, with the help of some great and
very skilled friends. It will take us a
year to finish everything. And we LOVE
it.
Below are shots of our Lake House where
we live now. And the Colonial we are
working on. We will sell one of them and
live in the other one. Both have
wonderful things to offer. Time will
tell.
