Al snel had ik door dat er op eBay ongelofelijke koopjes te vinden zijn en dat het verkopen op eBay een zeer lucratieve bezigheid is. We are Anneke & Hans Derksen and we live in Antwerp, Belgium although our nationality is Dutch. We're originally from The Netherlands (Holland). It all got started with the inheritance of the estate of our mothers of whom one passed away and the other had to be taken into a nursing home because of Alzheimer's disease. We had to clear their big houses and found all these items that we were not interested in ourselves. After giving away a lot of stuff to their grandchildren we still had hundreds and hundreds of items left. Both our mothers were "collectors" of all kinds of figurines and objects from the period of the late 1800's until the 1970's from the brands Volkstedt, Tiffany, Amphora and Loetz to Swarovski, Hutschenreuther, Lladro and Franklin Mint. We thought it would be a terrific idea trying to sell the items that we didn't want to keep ourselves through eBay and much to our surprise it works. We do succeed in our efforts, our feedback record shows it all.
