About our items - A large majority of our items are new. Some items are used. We do our best to accurately describe the items we list. If an item is damaged or incomplete, it will be described as such. What is pictured is what you are bidding on. We do not sell junk. Any item listed "AS-IS" will not be returned.

About our payment policy - We accept Paypal, Visa/Mastercard/Discover credit cards on US orders. If paying by Paypal, we only ship to your Paypal confirmed address. If paying by credit card, we only ship to your credit card billing address. International orders are only payable by Paypal at this time. You can pay using a credit card through Paypal, it's fast, free and secure. For more information on Paypal, go to www.paypal.com

About our shipping method - We use UPS ground for 95% of our items. UPS is the most cost-effective solution and tracking #'s are available at all times and insurance is always inlcuded. Items over $250 will require you to sign for them, which is factored into our shipping price. This is to ensure a trouble-free transaction for both the seller and buyer. USPS is only used on small (under 3 lb.) items. Insurance is additional on all Post Office shipments. We are no longer responsible for items lost or damaged after they leave our facility. 99% of our products are packaged in new boxes.

International Orders - International orders are only payable with Paypal. USPS 1st class orders are shipped out once a week. Priority Mail and Express Mail are shipped out twice a week. UPS orders are shipped out daily. Customs taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or any other fees incurred by the goverment, democracy or carrier are not included in any of the charges. We suggest contacting your local authorities for an estimate on those charges. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Non-Paying Bidders - This is beginning to be a problem for all E-bay sellers. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay. Read all the information prior to bidding. Non-Payers ruin it for the seller and the buyers that are outbid in that auction. Most buyers actually need and want certain items, so don't ruin it for them. As of August 2006, E-bay will automatically send payment reminders after 7 days after auction end if not paid.

Who is Joemama2?

    We are a business, Nook and Tranny LLC, specializing in brackets, accessories and decals for Fieros, Corvettes, Impala SS, GTOs, Camaros and Firebirds. We are also a licensed GM Vendor. We sell mostly new GM parts, but we do carry some used parts from remaining project cars.

I am "Joe's mom", hence Joemama2. Joe is our faithfull cat, born August '94. Found abandoned, we took him home and adopted him. I work at an animal hospital to serve the other half of our planet. It's the best job in the world. Animals are always happy to see you! Unfortunately, it's also hard to turn them away, and our "family" is growing! I am also an old toy collector. If your looking for an old toy, drop me a line and I'll see what I got.

Also a pet lover, my cat Samantha's tail is usually found in the corners of some our pictured items....if we would only get her to help box up our items! I am also a Trans Am fanatic owning a 1981 Trans Am NASCAR Pace Car, and a 2002 Collector Edition Trans Am. If you got some memmorabelia for them, let me know.
