2): I have purchased merchandise from you. Have you shipped my merchandise out? What is the estimated time of arrival? Can you send me a tracking number?
We ship via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. We ship almost every item within 24 hours of receiving payment, however, we reserve the right to ship up to 4 days from the day of payment.If you pay through Paypal expect your merchandise within 2-5 business days, however, depending on your location, it may take up to 2 weeks.
As far as tracking numbers are concerned, we only use Delivery Confirmation numbers (they are not tracking). They just tell us that the merchandise has arrived at the correct address. Please only email us if it has been 2 calendar weeks since you paid for your merchandise.
3): I need my merchandise mailed overnight. Is this possible?
Unfortunately, at this time, all our merchandise is mailed out via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot overnight merchandise even if it is paid for. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience to you.
#4.)How do you accept payment for merchandise?
At this time we only accept payments via PayPal. This is the easiest way to transact on the internet. It also saves you time and ensures that you get your merchandise as quickly as possible. At this time, we cannot entertain any requests for money order or cashier check payments.
#5.)I would like to buy merchandise in bulk. Can we make arrangements to transact outside of eBay?
We only sell to our winning bidders. This ensures your protection as well as ours. Ebay provides a service that brings sellers and buyers together, and fees are paid to eBay for this service. Not only would it be unethical for us to exploit this service, but it is outlawed under eBay's user agreement policy. There will be no exceptions for outside transactions.
