Payment:
We accept paypal only. Payment must be made within 4 days of commitment to buy. An unpaid strike will be given if payment is not received within the 4 days.
Restrictions:
~ New buyers or buyers with low feedback scores are limited to certain quantity. You would need to receive more positive feedbacks in order to make multiple purchases.
~ We do ship worldwide. However, there are a few countries we do not ship to, unless you order a minimum of $250.00. Please contact us for more info.
~ Buyers with 2 unpaid item strikes within 1 month are not allowed to make purchases.
Combine Shipping:
We offer combined shipping upon request ONLY. After you have finished selecting all you items, please request for an invoice BEFORE making payment. We will then send you the invoice with the combine shipping cost. It is your responsibility to request for the invoice. Once payment has been made, we DO NOT refund for combine shipping.
Shipping Addresses:
We ONLY ship to the address that is on your Ebay account. If you want your package sent to a different address you can easily change it yourself on your Ebay account. You are responsible for the address that you provide us. If a package does not get deliver because of an invalid shipping address we are not responsible. If a package does happen to make its way back to us, we can ship it again if you are willing to pay for the shipping cost. If you do not wish for the package to be resent then we can grant you a refund for the item(s) and the item(s) only, but not the shipping cost.
Back order item(s):
Note that we have many products in our store and that we are not always able to keep the quantity amount correct. If and when we are out of stock on an item we will send it once it comes in. This usually takes about one week. If it does take longer than one week, we will notify you.
Products that are not in our store:
We carry a variety of hair and nail care products that may not be in our ebay store. If there is an item you are looking for and cannot find, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
International Buyers:
Shop at your own risk. We are not responsible for any lost packages or custom's fees. Please check with your country’s customs before ordering. Please leave a phone number where we or your country's customs can contact you when need be about your package.
