Are the products easy to assemble?

It is typical of our products to require at least some assembly. Since the customer assembles most of our products, they are designed with the idea of making assembly as easy as possible. Key structural elements, such as headboards, will arrive pre-assembled. Detailed instructions will be included, along with a complete set of hardware. Most of our beds, for example, use a hex wrench for assembly, which is included. Typically, the only tool required that we do not provide is a screwdriver. Most of our bunk beds take about 30 minutes to one hour to assemble, the Loft Beds are a bit more complex and can take two hours for assembly, and it is much easier if two people are involved.  MOST of our case goods, such as dressers, chests and nightstands, are FULLY ASSEMBLED. The toy box and bookshelves do require assembly. 

Shipping

Shipping costs depend on a combination of factors, including shipping destination, weight and the dimensions of your order.

Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, although the time may be quicker, or slower, depending on inventory, and where the order will be shipped to. Email us for an estimated delivery date.

All orders are CURBSIDE delivery and someone must be there to receive the shipment and the bill of lading.  The driver will place the product at your front door or inside your garage.  On rare occasions he may ask for your assistance on larger pieces.  

Customers have often asked about 'inside delivery' service. Some of our freight carriers offer 'inside delivery' and charge a fee associated with this service that can range from $75 to $125 depending on the delivery area.  If you would like to request inside delivery, you must indicate that at the time the order is placed. If it is available for your specific shipment, we will let you know and if you wish, proceed with the extra shipping charges. However, inside delivery is not offered by all of our freight carriers .

Upon shipment of your order, we will send you an email informing you that your order has shipped, as well as the name of the freight company, your tracking number, their phone number and what to expect once your order arrives. The freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

A national freight company will deliver the items during normal business hours (Monday-Friday only). The shipping company will arrange for a delivery appointment, but it is normally a range of time, not a specific appointment.

Return Policy

If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your bed, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.  The bed must be returned in its original packaging and must arrive in resalable condition.  The bed will be inspected before any refund is processed.  The shipping charges are not refundable.

If the bed arrives damaged, defective, or missing any parts please go ahead and accept the shipment and contact us, within 30-days. We can send you a replacement part much quicker than having to wait for the bed to return. We may request a digital picture, as this will help us when filing a claim with the shipper.
