Vacation Time !!!

Hello and thank you for taking a moment to read about me.

My name is Joanne and I live in Oakland Park, FL.  For those of you who are asking yourself "Where is Oakland Park, FL" - think Ft. Lauderdale (South Florida - "Hurricane Central").  I have been married for over 20 years and have 2 very active boys.  I work full-time for a Navy Contractor where I am the only woman.  Let's see, I live with all men and I work with all men - no wonder I chose JoStressed for an online name! Ha!

I love my job and the guys I work with.  I must or I wouldn't have stayed for over 18 years.  I live the normal hectic, chaotic, busy life of a working mom.  What little down time I get.....oh, wait - I don't get any down time!  Seriously, I enjoy spending time with my best friend, visiting with my brothers and their families (especially the babies, since my "babies" are 12 and 15!!) or just vegging by myself whenever I can.

My family and I love to camp.  We may not go far on our little trips, but just getting away from the hustle and bustle of South Florida is a vacation - even if only for the weekend.

My husband and I buy and sell on eBay probably the same reason others do - to reduce the amount of stuff in our little home, make a little money, add to collections and find some good deals.  Remember that down time I was talking about?!!!
