SHIPPING INSTRUCTION
Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs.
Items are follow Paypal address. The shipment usually takes 5-14 business days to Worldwide. Generally shipped out the next business day after your payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded.) Orders will be shipped by Registered Int'l Airmail via Hongkong Post(has tracking number)(http://www.hongkongpost.com). Some countries like ITALY, FRANCE, NORWAY and BRAZIL may take longer due to long-time local custom check. All items are sent out as “gift” format, importation tax & VAT are not included (normally free of charge)

eCHECK through PayPal needs about 4 days to get cleared. We will ship after notification from PayPal on eCHECK clearance.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD
We offer 3 months warranty period on all products, we will provide you with a free warranty service. Buyers may contact us to send the defective items back for replacement within the warranty period.
Beyond 3 months of period, if there is warranty issues, we will provide you with the cost of maintenance warranty service. In ALL cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for repair or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of re-send. If your item has any warranty issue for assistance please contact us.
RETURN/ REFUND POLICY DETAILS
We offer a 7 days money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason. (Shipping charges are not refundable)
Defective/ damaged product must be reported within 7 days upon receipt for exchange, your shipping charges may be refundable.
Generally, we cannot accept items that have been opened and/ or used. Sorry we cannot refund the purchase of any case over 30 days. Upon receipt of item, refund will be issued.
