We hope that you will enjoy your experience with us.  Below you will find a list of what our customer service expectations are :

• Obtaining common, interesting and entertaining items to offer you.
• Describe each item to the best of our ability, but we are not experts so please ask any questions you may have.
• Start all auctions at the lowest possible opening bid, therefore giving you a great price will allowing bidders to determine the value of an item.
• We do our best to pack carefully using bubble wrap, packing peanuts, air pillows or other types of cushioning devices.  Insurance is optional on all purchases under $25 BUT required on items that end auction with a value over $25.
• We notify each buyer of the tracking information of their package.
• We will contact you as soon as the shipper (USPS or UPS) shows delivery of your item to make sure you are happy with the purchase as well as our service.
• Leave feedback promptly after it is left for us.  Our job is not complete until you are a happy customer.

What JPMBC Treasures will NOT do:

• We will not change the method of shipping other than what is offered in each auction.
• We will not knowingly misrepresent any item or its condition.
• We will not forge customs documents (for international customers) to represent a gift.  Please be aware of the custom laws for your country as additional charges may apply.
• We will not change our payment, shipping or packing methods (unless a customer is willing to pay for the additional packaging).
