When it comes to auctions on eBay my goal is customer satisfaction. I try to describe the product as completely and accurately as I can so that the bidder can make an informed decision. I am honest and upfront when it comes to products I offer. some are new items and some are used. I always include at least one clear picture of the item offered. And I won't sell anything that I don't think is worth selling. You can bid with confidence and assurance that what I described is what you are getting. If there is something left out of the description that you want to know then use eBay's "contact the seller" form to contact me
Communication is very important to me when buying and selling on eBay. I do my best to accurately and truthfully describe the item for sale. If you have questions, please contact me Before You Bid.
I will always positive feedback as soon as I receive it for an item I posted as well as when an item I purchased arrives in the condition described. I ask that the buyer/seller return the same courtesy. With eBay's new policy that favors buyers I would ask that you first contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback so that I can do my best to correct any problems or answer any questions. I am an honest seller seeking both enjoyment and income from trading on eBay. The benefit of the doubt would be appreciated.

Communication: Communication is important to any transaction. When an auction that I have listed ends I will contact the winning bidder within 24 hours of the close of the auction. I will also contact the buyer when payment has been received, product ships and positive feedback is left at eBay. The winning bidder is expected to contact me within three days of the close of the auction. I would appreciate the bidder sending me an email (1) indicating choice of payment, (2) when you send payment, (3) receive product and (4) leave positive feedback for me at eBay to let me know that the transaction went well.
Auction Terms: By bidding on any auction item you are entering into a binding legal agreement. DO NOT bid if you lack the means to finalize your transaction. Successful bidders are LEGALLY bound to finalize purchase of the auction item at the amount of the winning bid. Bidder must make contact within 3 business days of auction closing.
Payment Options: Money order: Released for shipment upon payment receipt.
Paypal: (preferred) Released for shipment upon payment receipt. (sign up)Shipping & Handling: Shipping and Handling charges are always listed with each auction posted at eBay. All s/h charges are quoted for USPS delivery. I prefer using the USPS for most items I offer on eBay, although I will ship using most any company if it is the buyers preference. Please note that the s/h cost will change if you request a different shipping company. Due to the time it takes to prepare, take pictures, describe, package and mail the items I offer at eBay you will note that the price charged for shipping and handling is more than what it costs to just ship the item. I do my best to charge fair prices for shipping and handling. You will find that the over all price of the item including shipping and handling is less than what you will pay for the same item on eBay. If you think the shipping and handling is too high then please don't bid.
Product will be shipped within 1-2 days of payment receipt.
Return Policy / No Dead On Arrival Guarantee: Any return policy / No D.O.A. Guarantee offered for a particular item will be explained in that item's description. Any item that I offer on eBay is one that is worthy of the offering. My guarantee to you is that I will never miss-represent an item or offer an item that is not in a condition to be sent through the mail.
I always offer the buyer the option of purchasing insurance on the item being offered. Insurance is purchased from the shipping company and is not a personal endeavor of my own accord.
Feedback I take the feedback rating system at eBay pretty seriously. I always check the feedback rating of a seller offering a product that I am interested in before placing a bid on an item he/she is offering. I will always leave appropriate feedback on eBay for every transaction that occurs as a result of an auction at eBay..
It is my expectation that the buyer or seller of an auction that I am a part of will also leave appropriate feedback for me.
