We will always try to respond to email.  If you have a questions or PROBLEM, just email us.  We can clear up anything without contact.  Our off site warehouse holds 99% of what we sell on eBay.  So questions on size conversions and additional descriptions are usually responded to within 48 hours.

We ship EVERYDAY.  Your item will be shipped within 48 hours  following the receipt of your payment.  Unless you pay after 11pm EST. (We have to sleep too.)

We list women's regular sizes, plus size clothing, shoes,  men's shoes, sports gear and clothing. Often we list other items from collectibles to cars.

We are honest responsive sellers and if you EVER have a question or PROBLEM with an item you have received, please email us PRIOR to leaving negative feedback. We try not to make mistakes but if they occur give us an oppurtunity to correct the error. We REALLY are HUMAN too and make errors.   Please just email us, we always respond to email.

International buyers PLEASE allow a moment for shipping. The basic guidelines are 10-14 days but it can take up to 20 days for an item to be received from the United States to and through your countries Post to your door.  Canadian customs is running 4-10 business days.

Please contact your local Post regarding customs and duty expenses.  As you can imagine we can not keep up with the worlds postal regulations.  We are not responsible for duty and custom charges.  We only ship USPS Priority or Express mail.
