Shipping:

• All of our shipping charges include delivery confirmation.

• Should your package get lost during transit we will give you a full refund.

• If your package is damaged during transit we will also provide you with a full refund after the item is shipped back to us. (See Returns below)

• All International purchases may be charged vat, duty, or customs fees by your country. We have no way of calculating these fees, they are completely your responsibility.

• Your shipment will be delayed if paying by check or money order. These forms of payments will be given time to clear before your purchase will be shipped.

Returns:

• All defective and damaged product must be reported to us directly via email within 7 days of shipment, we will work with you to correct the problem as quickly as possible.

• All defective and damaged product will be replaced if we have an identical item in stock, if we do not you will receive a full refund after the item is shipped back to us.

• The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipment and insurance costs.

• All returns must include the original item and all accessories that were included in the original shipment.

• When possible, serial numbers and unique identifiers for items will be recorded before selling and verified in the event of a return. This is to help us keep our cost low so we can continue to pass our savings on to you.

• All returns must be communicated to us directly, any packages returned without prior notification will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
