I am a marketing/business administration professional. I have been a music lover all of my life and have been collecting LPs and CDs for many years. It's a hobby that I enjoy immensely and, to make a "short story shorter", one day a "bell" went off in my head, and in May 2004 I decide to open my eBay store, JTM Music CDs. As you can see by the quantities in the categories, the majority of the music is jazz. I like all types of music and jazz is certainly one of my favorites. My objective is to provide hard-to-find or out-of-print music of all types. If you are a jazz lover like me, you are probably aware of the fact that many jazz artists were and are affiliated with small record labels, which also means that there are not a lot of CDs produced by those companies. With this in mind, a thought it would be nice if I could provide music on the Internet to people throughout the world who have a music wish list but know that they cannot always find what they want in their area.
I try to describe the conditions of my CDs as accurately and as fairly as I can. I error on the side of caution in my descriptions. For example, if I think a CD is borderline Very Good, I will list it as Good so that I do not overstate its condition. I play all CDs that I list as Acceptable because I want to make sure that they do play OK and that there will not be any surprises for buyers.
My philosophy is "if it's a potential problem for you it's a current problem for me, and I don't want any problems". I want everyone to have a satisfying business experience with me. I don't kid myself. What I am doing is no going to make me rich, which is fine, because that is not my objective or expectation. I just want to offer something that I believe will bring some joy to peoples lives and in turn, I hope that I can earn the trust and respect of customers who do business on eBay.

If a CD does not play properly you can receive a 100% Refund if returned within 7 days for the cost of the CD Only. You Will Not Be Reimbursed For The Shipping Expense You Incur To Ship It Back To Me. Please use a CD bubble mailer envelope.

To date, I have only had Two CDs returned to me because they did not play properly. I know there are no guarantees, but I like these odds that are in a buyer's favor, and mine too. Everybody Wins.Buy With Confidence!
