Due to customs delays items can take 14 to 35 days after the shipping date for delivery.

Delivery
Most items will ship 2 days after clearance of payment.(But no later than 10 days unless notified)
U.S. Packages should arrive 3 to 7 days after the shipment date.
International Packages may take 14 to 35 days to be delivered.(Due to customs delays)
All times mentioned above do not include weekends or holidays.
Liability
It is the responsibility of the customer to check their local laws concerning owning and carrying any items purchased.
JTV Knives claims no responsibility for your welfare.
You are purchasing a knife which is sharp and can cut you, if an item is defective return it immediately.
You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase.
Returns/Refunds
Refunds are given for factory defective items.
You must contact JTV Knives with in 3 days of receipt of item.
The item must be returned to JTV Knives first.
The purchase amount and second S&H charge will be refunded.(Or a replacement item can be shipped)
If items are lost or damaged in transit, items may be replaced that have been insured.
The appropriate forms will be filed with U.S.P.S. (With or without the purchase of insurance)
JTV Knives is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit that have not been insured.
All requests for refunds or returns will be reviewed carefully and if determined legitimate will be given consideration.
