All equipment presented on Ebay from our company is sold S IS We attempt to provide as much information about each unit as best we can, however, we are not professionally trained in most of the equipment that is being offered. We strongly suggest that you READ the listing completely and base your bid ONLY on the information provided in the listing. Everything pictured in the listing is what is being offered for sale. Please DO NOT assume things that are not there!! Also Due to the sudden increase of NON-paying bidders who decide to bid on items with no intentions of paying, We will only honor those bidders that have at least (10) successful ebay transactions. All sales are finalNo refunds will be offered. Revisions to shipping and delivery policies We as of Oct 11 2006 have implicated a new policy for delivery of items with an ending cost of sell and value of $250.00 US dollars or more. We must now advise the purchaser in this description of my about me page that he or she the winner bidder will have items with a value in equal to or in excess of $250.00 to be signed for upon receipt of the purchase delivered by Fedex or other service. Paypal does not cover items with a value more then $250 against fraud. so to protect ourselves, The quality of service provided, also to except Ebay and Paypal policies we must honor ths new policy. Therefore you must have someone at the CONFIRMED address present to sign for any item with a value in excess of $250. As mentioned we do not ship to unconfirmed address. so if you would like this sent to an address other then what's listed with Paypal we will request that you pay with a Money order or cashiers bank check with the parameters specified within our Ebay description. Please do npot ask us to bend these rules. We cannot under any circumstances overide or managements policies.
