I started selling on eBay to finance my audio book habit. Since you are reading this page, chances are you know what I mean!

In addition to running my eBay store and my website, I have a full time 10 am to 6 pm CST day job. Add to that two awesome grandchildren, which I get to play with regularly and I am definitely kept busy. We would love for you to visit our new website. We try to treat every buyer as we want to be treated when we buy. When we buy, we try to pay according to the seller’s preferred method, and quickly. If we decide to pay by money order or personal check; we try to let the seller know that, and when we will be putting the money order/check in the mail. We expect a seller to let us know when they will be mailing our purchase and by what method. That way we know when to watch our mailbox or front door for the package. We try to always leave feedback promptly after receiving our purchase so that the seller knows that we have received it and are happy with it. If we were to receive a purchase that we were somewhat disappointed in (which has actually never happened to us yet) we would contact the seller before we left negative or neutral feedback.

I hope that as a seller, I can live up to my own expectations as a buyer. I can and will be patient with a buyer, as long as they keep me informed as to the reason for a delay in making payment. However, if I haven’t received payment or been contacted by the buyer in ten days, I will file a Non Paying Buyer Alert with eBay and offer the item to the next highest bidder. If you win something that I have listed, and then change your mind, I can live with that. Just let me know, and no hard feelings. The key to a successful transaction is communication.

When you buy from us, you can expect your purchase to be mailed out within 24 to 48 hours. Most purchases shipped via USPS will include delivery confirmation and you should receive an e-mail giving you the confirmation number and the date that your package was mailed. If your package is sent via another method (UPS, FedEx, etc.) you should receive an email from us with an expected delivery date. We have no intention of making our profit from shipping charges. We will try to always quote the cheapest method of shipping and give the buyer the option of upgrading if they want. Our shipping quotes, however, will generally include a small handling fee. That fee will generally cover the cost of the delivery confirmation and our shipping supplies. We am not responsible for any item lost or damaged after we have placed it in the hands of the USPS/UPS. Insurance is always available upon the purchaser’s request.

We will always wait to leave feedback until we know by your feedback left for us or via an email from you that you are happy with your purchase.  If you leave positive feedback for us, we will gladly reciprocate with positive feedback for you.  If you are not happy with your purchase, let us know and we will do do our best to make it right.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and we want you to come back and buy again and again!!
