we immediately send the item after receiving the payment (payment with check requires ca. 10 working days for clearing).
all our parcels will be send registerd or with insurance by the german parcel service (deutsche post). shipping to oversea takes app.14 to 28 days.

Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren.
Können Sie mir die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren,
müssen Sie mir insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten.
Bei der Überlassung von Sachen gilt dies nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Sache ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung,
wie sie Ihnen etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre, zurückzuführen ist.

The general business conditions are the basis of all purchases.

Before the purchase:
The delivery is carried out only toward pre-cash.
Please, give eBay member names as use on the transfer absolutely the auction number, name or yours. You therefore make the assignment easier for us. We ask for transfers after completion of the auction within 14 days!
After expiry of this time we open the product again and offer her once more, it is you then inform us about the delay!
In principle, you receive an in-payment confirmation with the announcement of the dispatch.
We don't send by cash on delivery!
At not insured dispatch packets, books and trade samples, the buyer takes the transport risk
In principle, the dispatch is carried out as insured parcel with conducting coding. With Track and Trace system of the German-mail we can follow up the shipment any time. Revocation law:
We guarantee you a 1 month active revocation law in accordance with the far sales law. You can revoke your contract explanation without details of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail) or by return of the thing. The period starts with receipt of this instruction at the earliest. The punctual dipatch of the revocation or the thing suffices to the preservation of the revocation period.

Revocation consequences:
The performances of received on both sides are in the case of an effective revocation.
