Lampwork Glass Beads by Judy Carlson
I have been making lampworked glass beads for over two years now and I am obsessed! I love the whole process of working with glass. I find it mediative and mesmerizing working with the fire and glass together and my finished work is (usually) very satisfying. I have been an eBayer for several years now and began selling my glass art last year. I feel I put my heart into every bead I create, with or with out eyes! If you have won my beads, I hope you are enjoying them thoroughly because I can guarantee I enjoyed making them!

My inspiration!
I have always loved the ocean and all of its critters. My husband, Roger and I are avid SCUBA divers. We both enjoy underwater photography (he is the real pro at that!) A few years ago, I fell in love with the amazing glass fish that Deb Crowley creates. I knew I had to learn how this was done. Eventually I took a beginner class at Flame & Fusion in San Diego and have been making beads everyday since. I love to recreate what I see (and want to see) on my dives. Therefore, you will see a lot of fish and sea critters in my work. My imagination literally spins with new ideas, so I can guarantee Il be doing this for a very long time!
