I enjoy doing my job here at ebay, it is a hobby for me more than a job, I spend hours and hours with out even know, I found ebay a great place for me, one thing that help me to understand our clients is that I know what it means that item that are buying from us, because I am one like them, I always enjoy collecting cards, actions figures, movies, posters etc... I also enjoy it because it has to do with computers. I am always looking to make things easier not only for me but for you too, I take the extra time and care to achieve it. This is my second year selling and almost 2 years with our store, It has been a pleasure to deal with all of that great people that makes ebay a great place to buy and sell, unfortunately like in any where there is this other people! I want to share my recent negative, now that I mention this type of people!
Now that ebay made many changes including the feedback and D.S.R.! this people are taking advantage of the system, I would like to give an advice to this people, that so far i seen two persons that their account has been cancel by ebay because either they were making frauds or abusing the system, you can probably get away once or twice but at the end Hum!!!. "What goes around comes around"
I want to share my recent negative experienced with you, this person left me negative because she claim that the item was not received, she made her purchased on Nov-2 and pay Nov-2, I Shipped on Nov-3, and in Nov-20th I Received this message from Her: Dear Sir, I wonder if you have forgotten about my purchase of this card. I still have not gotten it yet. It has been almost a month. If possible I like to canceled this order and get a refund if you still have not mailed it yet. I found out I have this card already. Thanks. Go2quality I new she was liying right away, because it wasn't a month, I had shipped items to her before and to her area that it is only couple of hours from me and it only takes a day or two max to be delivery, no body will wait a month to let the seller know about an item not received!, then want to cancel and ask for a refund because she found out that she had the card already! what a coincidence! this was the third time that I deal with her and second after she change her (User's name) I am wondering if she had a good memory to remember my name from the last two shipments, because she mention (Dear Sir,) in an efford to cut the shipping cost to buyer we were experiment to cut the delivery confirmation fee with items with low cost! for some buyer that purchased from us before, so we decide not to use it this time with her. Now We don't have proof that she got this item that only cost $1.75 and she knows that!!. Note: The United States Postal Services (USPS) it is rare that they lost a package! I had come home late and found packages on the floor and nobody takes them (I am not rich neither I live in a rich area)
For the last two times that USPS raise their prices we decide to keep the same shipping prices, and instead we were looking to find diferent places to buy shipping suplies at a lower cost so we could keep the same prices, without sacrifing the quality of the supplies. Now with the changes of our economy our suppliers are raising their prices, and so we can't keep the same shipping charges, because the supplies are more expensive! buying and paying items together could help us to lower the shipping cost again in the future! with the inventory that we have we could not change the shipping charges from one day a week or so! so we will change it little by little, you probably notice it because we allready start. I am not trying to say that I will change the shipping charges because of this experinced with this buyer but is a combination of them with others along with the cost of them too! I wish I could tell every situation that is making me to do this changes, but I just don't want to give more ideas to this people!
First change is to cover for the delivery confirmation and supplies, our other major change is the shipping time, We were shipping every other day exempt for saturdays now we will ship every friday (if not possible, thursday or monday, but once a week only, untill further notice) starting after x-mas! again this changes are a combination of situations with buyers, prices of supplies and changes that ebay and paypal has made, like I mention before, I am always looking for making things easier for both buyers and Us, I am sure that we will experienced more changes and sure I will work hard to benefit both!
I would like to apologized to every single value client for this changes. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
