5. To make fair offers.. you have to remember that even though the item you want to buy is priced higher than you want, someone is willing to pay that price and you can always make an offer that is fair to you and to me.

Remember that we need to eat and put clothes on our kids too..

you have three offers, and i can counter offer you, so try to make a fair offer, and i will try to work with you and understand that maybe you are on a budget, or you need several parts, and cant pay full price.. i get that... just keep it reasonable, so that i can make a living too..
