FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. How will my item be packaged?

A. Great care and concern goes into shipping all my items.  All boots are shipped in an appropriate size box, wrapped in blank paper.  I DO NOT fold the shaft over so they arrive all crumpled! All clothing items are tissue wrapped, and then placed in a tyvek bag.  All gowns and dresses are tissued wrapped, bagged and then placed in a box.  All shoes are tissue wrapped, placed in a bag and then boxed.  Appropriate packaging is a top priority.  Your item will arrive in pristine condition unless the Post Office destroys it!

Q. Can you provide measurements on a specific item?

A. Scroll down and look at the bottom of the item description, they may be posted there.  If you don't see them, just email me.

Q. Do you offer Express shipping?

A. Yes.  Express shipping is offered.  If you do not see a price quote in my listing, just email me through Ebay.

Q. Do you offer delivery confirmation?

A. Yes.  All items are shipped with delivery confirmation included at no extra charge.

Q. Will you mark an item as "gift" on International shipments?

A.  No.  I will not mark an item as "gift".  Not only is this practice dishonest, it can result in seizure of an item by foreign customs.  Most Ebay sellers in the US have been warned by the US Post Office against doing this.

Q.  When will my item be shipped?

A.  Items are shipped within 24 hours on business days (M-F), excluding weekends and Holidays.  Express shipments go out Mon-Sat. 

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. All sales are final.  Items are sold at deep discount - up to 80% off retail prices.
