Shipping Worldwide

• Items will be shipped via air mail from Germany (optional registered) after payment has been
  received.
• Shipping rates are flat for all shipments up to 500 gramms, over 500gr the rates
  are based on weight and dimension. To save your money, I optimize packaging&weight
  wherever  possible.
• I am happy to combine your purchases within 2 weeks. Should you need more time,
  please contact me.
• Please note:  Only registered shipments can be tracked, if lost. I will not be responsible
  for tracking lost shipments, if they were not shipped registered.

Payment

• Accepted payment: PayPal
• In Europe preferred Bank Transfer (BICC/IBAN) & Überweisung
• Payment is due within 3 days after purchase. Should Inot receive your payment
  and not hear from you within this time period, the auction/purchase will be cancelled.

Claims

• I always endeavour fast and smooth transactions. Therefore, any known deficiences,
  damages or missing parts are mentioned in the description of offered goods.
  Nevertheless, please contact me immediately, should you encounter any discrepancies
  after the receipt of goods.
• There is always a satisfying solution, just please talk to me, I always answer all all eMails.
• Please note that items to be returned in original condition, in that case your payment will

Ersteigerte/gekaufte Waren werden nach Zahlungseingang an den Käufer versendet.
Um Ihnen Geld zu sparen, kombiniere ich für Sie gerne Sendungen und versuche in
jedem Fall das  Versandgewicht auf ein Minimum reduzieren.

Reklamationen
Sollten Sie wider Erwarten Mängel an gelieferten Waren festestellen, teilen Sie mir das
bitte unverzüglich nach Erhalt der Ware.
