Return Policy

 

FAULTY GOODS
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels.

NON-FAULTY GOODS
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us shipping paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

RETURNS FOR REFUND
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned shipping paid. Refund of purchase price less a 10% restocking fee will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.

About US

 

We have designers stationed in New York and a shipment office in Taiwan. 

All Wedding Apparel is custom made from our factory in China and ships out directly from there. All sales are final for custom made wedding and evening dresses.

We sell items from other brands, and also our own like JW Apparel, to offer our buyers a wide selection of products through ebay. All of our listed items displayed are the legitimate and actual product customers will be receiving.
Orders such as lingerie will be handled discretely and shipped in plain packaging with no markings or logos. Upon confirmation and verification of payment, orders will post within 24 hours. Some items will ship directly from the US, others from our warehouse in Taiwan. Shipping takes 7 to 12 days. No orders will be processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. No pickups are permitted.
   

 

Payment Policy

 

After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details. Your order will normally be posted within 24 hours after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

  • International payments are accepted via paypal or international money order in US CURRENCIES only.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment.

USA - 6.99 USD for the first item, 3 for each additional one.

Others - 8.99 USD for the first item, 4 for each additional one.

USA (7 - 12 days)

Canada/Italy/Spain (10 - 20 days) due to strict custom procedure.

Australia/New Zeaand (7 - 9 days)

West Europe (7 - 11 days)

East Europe (8 - 12 days)

Asia (5 - 8 days)

Africa (10 - 12 days)

Express Mail Service (4 - 5 days)
Shipping is 14.99 for the first item, 8 for each additonal item.


Your item will be professionally & carefully packed in a plain brown bag with no markings or logos of any kind that might suggest what is inside. Most orders made before 2pm that have cleared payment are despatched the very same day! 

Your order will normally be posted within 24 hours after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. No pickups are permitted. Some items will be shipped directly from US, others will be shipped from our warehouse in Taiwan.
