My mother owns the World Famous Sign Company and I have been handling her online and ebay sales for the last 3 years. I have been working with her on the business for the last 8 years out of our home in Olympia, WA. We are happy to have people stop by and pick up signs, if you're in the Olympia area and would like to save on shipping.

We hand make each sign with products bought in the USA. The finished result is a quality, durable product that will last for years and years outdoors or in. Because each sign is so individual, we often have orders for custom signs. We have a large selection of vinyl colors, aluminum colors and sizes, and formats and no two signs are ever exactly alike. Sizes vary from something as small as a 6x6 or a 3x12 inches up to as large as 18x24 inches. We also do banners and decals! From time to time I list decals here on ebay. We can custom make these as well, so if you have an idea, we'll help you run with it.

If you live in Washington or Oregon and would like to see this process firsthand, you could stop by one of the many shows we attend each year. We are at the Oregon State Fair (in Columbia Hall), at the Puyallup Fair (under the grandstands), at the Victorian Country Christmas in Puyallup (in the new building), at the Astoria Wine and Seafood Festival, and many other shows throughout the year. Each sign takes about 5 minutes to make and it's a great treat to watch.

We also do wholesale and fundraisers! Greyhound Adoption of Califorina and Oregon both sell our products as fundraisers and are very pleased with the quality and durability. No account is too big or too far away! We currently send signs as far as France, Japan, Germany, England, Australia, Canada, and Mexico. I can do a bit of custom work with particular images or logos, and people ask for rare animal species or uncommon sports all the time. If you want me to put your logo on a sign, it will need to be simple and have very clean lines. There is a scanning charge. If you would like an image we don't have (perhaps you have a cousin who likes to juggle sharks while hula hooping? Or a dog with three legs, six tails, and tiger stripes?) I can make it. I will need a clear picture (doesn't have to be silhouette, but that is preferable) and a few days. I do not charge for this, provided we can keep the image for future use.

So what about that "mostly" at the top of the page? Well most of my friends collect My Little Ponies or other 80s toys, and ask me to sell or buy for them on ebay. Hence, my auctions are not always exclusively signs, particularly around the holiday season. I also have a few collections of my own (Sailor Moon, horror movies, Egyptian artifacts, psychology textbooks...) that I will add to or pear down from time to time.
