Terms of Auction All payments for any of my auctions are to be received within 7 days from the day that the auction ends. If a auction does not sell do not ask me to re-list the item! I give plenty of time for bids to be made! Usually 7 days and No less than 3 days. If you saw the auction and didn't bid you should have! No exceptions!!!
If you intend to bid on or buy more than one auction/store listing, To qualify for a multiple item shipping discount you must notify me first, so that I am aware of your intentions all items must be won or purchased within a seven day period and paid for at the same time on one invoice. No exceptions.
I would appreciate some sort of communication within 3 days of the close of auction to let me know that you intend to make payment. If you fail to communicate with me within 8 days of close of auction, please be aware that a Non-Paying Bidder report will be filed, a Final Value Fee Request will be made, the item will be re-listed, and you may be blocked as a buyer from my site. I reserve the right to cancel bids on any of my auctions at anytime without notice.
If you have a Negative Feedback or no feedback, contact me first prior to bidding, otherwise your bid will be cancelled without notice.
First time buyers are allowed no more than a 10 item purchase the first time with me. Then the transaction must be completed before another transaction can be started. This means all the way through to leaving feedbacks! No exceptions. This protects both of us form the unexpected!
Making Best Offers - Buy It Now Sale Items
ALL REASONABLE offers will be considered. If an item is on SALE the item will still post a MAKE BEST OFFER option, but I will not take anything less. EBay has not come up with the option for me to put an item on sale and have the MAKE BEST OFFER option remove. Until they work this out my items will appear on sale with this option. So please understand it will be declined!

Items Condition
Item or Items Condition Please be aware that you are bidding on items that have possibly been bought from a thrift store, a flea market, a garage sale, estate sale, or from another seller which means that I cannot guarantee that all of my items are from a smoke-free, pet-free environment, have not been displayed, or handled by children. If it is an item that I have purchased brand new, It comes from s smoke-free home without children, and is kept in a pet free environment. I take pictures showing any flaws that I am aware of to the item. The description is given to the best of my ability, I state any flaws that I know of, and I give you as much information as possible to inform you as to what I know about the item that you are bidding on. All dates and sizes are taken from the Boyd's Tracker Plush 2nd Edition, I do not state tag dates or measure actual sizes as each bear varies because they are hand made.
I am not an expert on Bears, Fashion, or in Photography!
But I will gladly answer any and all questions that you may have. Please ASK before you bid or buy. I am always happy to help.

Shipping & Handling Details
Your item(s) will be sent out within 2 business days. Weekends and government holidays are not business days. Or if otherwise stated in auction description. I Do not ship to Unconfirmed Addresses...NO EXCEPTIONS so please do not ask.
A shipping calculator is at the bottom of each auction. I offer more than one shipping option. Shipping service and insurance is up to you to decide. I ship only to the United States, Canada, and The United Kingdom.
Please be aware that most items contain a handling fee to cover to cost of EBay fees. The shipping and handling amount is for shipping AND handling!
Shipping Insurance
Shipping Insurance You, the buyer, are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance (auctions only!). Insurance is not required but is recommended, as I am not responsible for mishandled, misdirected, lost or stolen mail once it leaves my possession. If you receive your item crushed, broken, or damaged in any way due to USPS mishandling, there will not be anything that I can do if you did not purchase the insurance. The purpose of buying Insurance is to prevent your item(s) from being mishandled by the post office.
Payment Requirements Payment for any of my auctions MUST be made via Pay Pal.

Multiple Item Shipping Policy

EBay will send you an automatically generated invoice with no discount, so BE CAREFUL. If you pay the invoice that EBay sends you there is NO TURNING BACK!!! When in question ask for a second one from me! I want to save you money and don't mind doing so or answering any questions. In fact they are welcomed! And NEW BUYERS HAVE A 10 ITEM LIMIT, NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you make several payments, your items will be shipped together, however, the combined shipping amount will not be honored due to Pay Pal's increased rates.*
If anything you have just read in my policies is a problem for you, then please, do not bid.

Then every bear there after will be charged per each bear by height as follows:
Boxed Bears and bears over 16 inches $15
Bears 10 to 16 inches $5
Bears 8 & 9 inches $2.50
Bears under 8 inches $1.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy All items are sold as is! So please ask questions!!! If I made an gross error in the listing or you receive the wrong item (this does not mean that you don't want the item once you receive it or that you don't like it once you receive it), and a refund is agreed upon A refund will be issued for the purchase price via Pay Pal after the item is returned to me in the condition that it was sent.
I will guarantee that the item sold to you is As described in Ad with no false. Refunds are not given to someone who believes that they have received or that they consider being "unsatisfactory merchandise."
