A LITTLE ABOUT ME.....

I'm known as the Glass Float Junkie!!  I share an obsession with glass fishing floats like many others do.  It's a unique hobby & once you get started, watch out!!  You can never have enough floats!!  We fly our airplane & land on the beaches of the Aleutian's in Alaska & pick-up floats.  Often, we can find thousands at a time.  It's an amazing thing to see them tossed all along the beach & into the grass.  Sometimes the surf shoots them yards & yards off of the beach so you have to look everywhere for them!  They hide under logs & in sand banks where they have been sitting for many years.

I started a website so that I could share my beachcombing trips with others.  I also have several pictures of floats from my collection, as well as from other collectors.  There are several other links to more float-related websites.
