Shipping and Handling Charges Explained
Shipping is : The Cost of Postage to ship your item.
Handling is :
1. The USPS Tracking number I purchase (therefore we both can track the progress of the item) this protects us both should something happen to the item while it is in route to you. These things do happen (they are very rare but do happen)
2. The cost of the mailer bag/box your item will be shipped in.
3. The cost of paper/tissue I use to wrap the item, bubble wrap in many cases to protect the item, tape, paper to print the shipping label and the cost of gas for me to bring your item to the post office.
All in All What I'm saying is... I honestly do not feel that I over charge for shipping. If you don't agree please let me know... I'm always open to suggestions.
Not to confuse anyone ....I always list shipping and handling as one flat price in every listing (No surprises ever ....) There is never anything added to your cost other than what is listed. The price you won the item for and the shipping amount listed is all you'll ever pay..
Returns:
Should you need to return something please do so, no questions asked. I will refund your PayPal account. All I ask is that you not remove the tags and the item be in the same condition is was when I shipped it to you. I cannot refund your shipping cost unless a clear mistake was made on my part.
Should you feel that I have misrepresented a item in a buy it now listing or auction please let me know immediately. I honestly do my best to describe every little detail to the best of my ability as I see it, however I am human and do make mistakes, so please let me know about this and give me the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Shipping Times:
I ship everyday with the exception of holidays and weekends. All items are shipped within 24 hours of auction closing or purchase. You should receive your item no later than one week (usually sooner) if you haven't let me know, so I can track it's progress and get the status for you.
How to Track your purchase:
Go to your PayPal account and find the transaction, then click on "check shipment" there you will find the link to the postal tracking. Please note that the USPS sometimes takes 24 hours for a package to update, so if it is not there always check back the next day after it updates, if for any reason it is still not showing up, please let me know immediately so this issue can be resolved.
Paying through PayPal using a E-Check:
I'm not sure if buyers actually realize that when they choose to pay though PayPal with a e-check these transactions usually take over a week to clear, therefore you may have to wait 7-14 to receive your item. I ship only through PayPal shipping and I am not allowed to print your postage until that e-checks clears. So please if you are paying with an e-check understand that it is not me. It is PayPal waiting for that e-check to clear, as soon as it does I will ship your item and inform you that the transaction has cleared.
What I Believe and Ask of You:
I always try my very best to keep my buyers happy and I do believe that most people in general are honest and good. However, there is an exception for every rule ... so, if you're one of those mean, rude & grumpy bidders who believes that I'm one of those eBay sellers who is "out to get you" and no matter what I do is going to make you happy then please don't bid on my items ........ I have never left negative feedback for anyone nor have I ever received any ... I believe that any issue that could arise can easily be resolved with communication between buyer and seller. I check my eBay messages daily. Please feel free to send me a message should you have any question or concern. I will always get back in touch with you ...
Life happens (Problem's With Payment) .. If you have a problem paying for an item you've won from me and need a little more time (I will work with you, however you have to let me know this) I pay fees to list my items on eBay and then pay a fair value fee again to eBay for the amount the item sold for, therefore if I haven't heard anything from you after 7 to 10 days or so I will have no other choice than to request my fees be refunded by eBay, therefore you may end up with an unpaid item strike against you and could be suspended from eBay. This is not something I would ever want to do so please... please... please... Let me know if you have a problem with paying for an item (I can work with anyone who is willing to work with me)
