The name K and P Treasure Beads comes from Kevin "K" and Paula "P" and our youngest daugher who had a collection of treasure beads when she was really little. When I would do bead crafts with her she would take all the beads she liked out of the box and when she would play with her Aladin and Jasmine figures she had the beads were the "treasure" She would put them around her bedroom inside little trinket boxes, inside her barbie house, pocketbooks, and any other hiding place she could find for them, so I started calling them her treasure beads.
I (Paula) do most of the work involved in getting your orders to you. Sometimes Kevin will help by bringing packages to the post office. Our youngest daughter helps with technical things like the html. She designed our logo and helped with some of the background pictures we use. Our son helps out with picture taking. Our oldest daughter helps a lot with her opinion of what the "cool" styles are.
On all items I try and have the best pictures possible so you'll know exactly what you are buying. If you would like more pictures of something or have any questions please ask me. I try to answer all questions as soon as I can.
I send things out usually within a day of receiving payment, sometimes when possible on the same day.......with the exception of Sundays and Holidays that the post office is closed. For 'echeck' payments those need to clear before I can ship and it usually only takes a few days for them to clear.
My Dad lost his battle with Cancer last year. Thanks to everyone who has written to me, you have helped a lot. I really miss my Dad a lot, some days more than others....I still get the urge to pick up the phone and call him sometimes, then I get upset about it. Last year I went on a gas strike and started walking to the post office and store whenever it was possible and lost over 30 pounds. Over the winter I lost a few more pounds and now I can fit into all of my favorite clothes again. I think soon I'm going to go shopping for a few new things. Our younger daughter was inducted into the National Honor Society last year and in March she became the President of the Key Club at school, we are very proud of her. Our son is doing really good in school. He was the backstage manager for the school play 'Annie' and for his class in the Tournament of Plays this year. Our grandson is in preschool this year and loves video games....lol! he drives his mommy (our older daughter) coocoo with them.
Soon I will be listing some more of the new things I have for 'buy it now' items. Thanks, Paula
