I generally pay immediately on auction close or when I receive an email invoice.
I prefer not to use third party checkout sites.
I leave feedback when appropriate. However, as I normally pay very quickly,
I don't feel obligated to leave positive feedback when the seller has not
previously left me positive feedback.
You will receive negative feedback if you fail to respond to my emails and I
do not receive my paid for item within 3 weeks.
I will also formally complain to PayPal, eBay and U.S. Postal Authorities.
Due to several sellers who have not sent my items after payment, and who do
respond to emails or eBay messages, I must have the seller's email and home
addresses and seller's telephone number before I will make any payments
through PayPal.
I also do not like using PayPal to Hotmail, Yahoo, or other free email accounts.
Sorry honest sellers. The dishonest sellers messed it up.
