We have been a small family owned business for over 9 years and an eBay seller since July 2001.  We take pride in customer service and our ability to offer unique items on a regular basis. Our canine items are a specialty for us since we are owned by 5 of them,  Boxers and 2 cats.  Our deaf rescue Boston went to the rainbow bridge 2 years ago and we still miss her. Occassionally we offer feline items in honor of our two senior "pound" cats.  Our feedback speaks for our business ethics.  We ship items twice weekly, Tuesday and Thursday. Your item will be shipped after payment is made and checks/money orders have been received and cleared the bank. For faster shipping please use Paypal to pay for your items with a credit card. Under no circumstances will an item be shipped prior to receipt of payment. Although we always do our best to package items for safe arrival insurance is alwasy recommended. Mishaps can happen occassionally in shipping. Should your item not arrive within 10 days of shipping or arrive broken please contact us immediately.  Now and then we encounter a buyer that possibly should not be a member of the eBay communittee that leaves negative or abusive feedback.  These are usually buyers that have  won an auctions but failed to pay for the item won. These feedbacks are called retaliatory since these eBayers are reported to eBay as a non-paying bidders. 

We encourage dog, cat, and other animal rescue and regularly donate a percentage of our profits as well as  items to rescue groups we are affiliated with.   Be sure to check our auctions often and also our eBay store. New items are listed several times per week as time permits.  If you do not see what you are looking for email and we will try our best to find and list it for you.
