I am an artist living in a small town in north Texas. I have been painting and selling my work in galleries off and on for 25 years. I work in an art gallery as a manager, framer, artist and designer. So I know a little about the business. I am again teaching art workshops in watercolor and drawing.
Last year I helped a friend at, Rtistix.com, develop a great watercolor board. You watercolor artists should check it out. I tested the board for him and it works great. He also makes wonderful pastel board and color pencil board. I designed and painted a watercolor of a Hyacinth Macaw Pair and photographed the steps in the painting process to show how easy the board is to use. I think the steps will help beginners with learning about applying watercolors and advanced students will learn about the new watercolor board from Rtistx.

You will be seeing watercolors, colorpencils and some oils that I have painted. I recently started 50 paintings in 50 days as a way of challenging myself to paint every day.
