ALL BEST OFFERS WILL BE REFUSED ON ITEMS IN THE 50% OFF SALE, SINCE THE PRICES ARE ALREADY MARKED AS LOW AS I WILL GO. THANK YOU!
If you need to contact me for any reason, PLEASE use the contact seller link on any of my items pages, as opposed to sending me a direct email. I very rarely ever check my email inbox, but am constantly checking my Ebay messages on my "MY EBAY" page.
About me as a seller:
I am an easy going, honest person, and my goal is to make our transaction together as easy and pleasant as possible. Please see below for important information relating to all of my transactions. Below that, you will see information regarding my negative feedback, as well as a little personal information about me!
I welcome and encourage questions on any and all of my listings. Prior to asking questions, please read each listing carefully, and check my About Me page below, as you will find that most of your answers are available in either of those two places! If you still have a question, ask away!
******************* IMPORTANT INFO ********************
Below is important information regarding your transaction with me.
***If you have a problem with your item, you must notify me immediately for resolution***
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:
I ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES I'm sorry, but at this time, I am no longer accepting international bids. I am not able to get to the post office and stand in lines to fill out custom forms.
**WINNING BIDDER**
Please feel free to use the Pay Now button on the transaction page, it's not necessary to wait for my invoice unless you are buying/bidding on more than one item and want to qualify for the savings on shipping. I will usually send you an invoice within 24 hours. If you don't get an invoice from me within 24 hours, please contact me. I have had a few instances where my winning bidder has changed their email address, but has not updated their ebay profile, therefore, the email I'm sending to them through ebay is coming back as user unknown. Also, spam blockers have prevented me from contacting people as well.
**PAYMENT INFO**
Payment should be received within 5 days of auction's end. If I don't hear from you, I will assume that you are a non-paying bidder, notify ebay, leave appropriate feedback, and relist the item.
**SHIPPING INFO**
Shipping times - I usually ship every other day, sometimes daily depending on how many packages I have. When I produce your shipping label through Paypal, you will be sent an email automatically. In the notes section of the email, I will let you know exactly when your item is shipping. My post office DOES NOT scan my packages in at the window when I drop them off or the mail carrier picks them up, therefore the delivery confirmation tracking info through usps.com may show only that the label has been created. This does not mean that your package is not on it's way...the first time your item gets scanned in may be at your doorstep when it is dropped off.
**HANDLING FEE**
I now charge a handling fee of $1.25 to help cover my shipping related supplies & costs, which include ink, paper for labels, Tyvek Envelopes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, packing tape, brown wrap, bubble envelopes, boxes, gas to the post office, and other transaction related costs (Ebay & Paypal Fees). You can calculate your total shipping on every one of my auctions by entering your zip code in the shipping calculator near the bottom of the page. The handling fee is included in the calculated price. That being said, if the cost of my handling fee bothers you, please do not purchase/bid.
**HOW TO PAY NO HANDLING FEE** IF YOU WIN MORE THAN ONE AUCTION, YOU WILL PAY EXACT SHIPPING ONLY - THE HANDLING FEE GETS DROPPED!! It is the buyer's responsibility to notify me after the first auction ends if they are still bidding on/watching other items and want to take advantage of saving on shipping. I ship out as soon as payment is received, and have no way of knowing if you are bidding on/watching more items unless you contact me and let me know.
**INSURANCE**
**OTHER LISTINGS**
Be sure to check out everything I'm selling, as I am more than happy to combine items for shipping. As stated above, it is the buyer's responsibility to notify me after the first auction ends if they are still bidding on/watching other items and want to take advantage of saving on shipping. Sometimes, I ship out as soon as payment is received, and have no way of knowing if you are bidding on/watching more items unless you contact me and let me know.
**FEEDBACK**
One more thing - I feel that every transaction deserves feedback, and ask that you please leave feedback, and I will gladly do the same! I do not leave feedback until I hear from the buyer and know that he/she is happy with their purchase, whether they contact me directly or leave feedback for me. This is not holding your feedback hostage, as some seem to think. In the past, I have left comments immediately after payment was received saying that someone was great to work with, and they ended up being a real pill by the time the whole transaction was said and done. That is why I like to wait until the entire transaction is complete before leaving feedback, so I can rate the WHOLE transaction, not just the fact that someone has paid me quickly.

My negative feedback
I received my first negative feedback on April 1, 2005. This came as retalitory feedback from a user I left a negative for. She won an item from me, and the next day told me that she couldn't pay due to her husband having an accident, and needing all the money they had to pay for his hospital bills. Upon checking, I found that she had bought the exact same item with Buy It Now, and paid for it the day prior to being the high bidder on my item (her most recent feedback at that time was from the guy who sold it to her). The funniest thing about it was, she ended up paying him MORE because of a handling fee than she would've paid me if she would've just waited til the next day for mine to end! So I left her feedback saying that she backed out of the deal because she won it elsewhere the day prior, at which time she left me feedback saying I was a crappy seller. Well, if being a crappy seller is warning other sellers about her backing out of deals, then I guess that makes me a crappy seller!
My second negative feedback came in January '06. I purchased a tv from a new seller in December. The TV was advertised as a 13" tv/vcr combo. While the description was very vague, I contacted the seller and asked detailed questions, such as if the tv/vcr worked, if it was heavily used, had the heads been cleaned, etc. His answers stated that heads were clean, unit worked great, and it was a spare unit for his camper. Upon receipt of the tv, I noticed immediately that it was a 9" TV, not the 13" TV that was advertised. I then plugged it in, and it powered up fine. I put a tape in, and the unit powered down. I tried again with a second tape, and the same things happened. I contacted the seller and told him that the tv was a 9", different model than advertised, and it did not work. He never ONCE denied sending me a 9" tv, ignored that completely in all correspondence, saying only that the tv worked when he sent it, and sorry, all sales final, refusing my refund. Basically, I was scammed out of my money. Paypal did partially refund my money (all that he had in his account - they are working on getting the balance back to me). I then left him neg. f/b stating exactly what happened. He in turn left retalitory feedback for me.
Third Negative, received 6/20/07: WOW! What a trip this one is. They first claimed they never received their item. Then, when I sent the delivery confirmation number, information showing that the item had been delivered, and suggested they contact their local post office to find out if they had the item, they waited a week or so, left me negative feedback, and now tried claiming that I sent them an empty envelope, just to get a delivery confirmation number, FOR A FOUR DOLLAR ITEM!! Okay people, I'm sorry, but if I were going to scam someone like that, would I really do it for $4.00? And would I have a 99.9% feedback rating? Also, they are saying that they never received anything from me, yet are now claiming I sent them an empty envelope? If they didn't get anything from me, how would they know if the envelope was empty or not? It just goes to show you that there are really some wackos out here on ebay, so please be careful! I guess I could consider myself lucky that I have only had one in about every thousand transactions I have had here on Ebay! I think the rest of my feedback attests to the fact that I am an honest trustworthy seller.
Want It Nows
I try to read Want It Now posts in the Toys & Hobbies, Baby and Dolls & Bears sections daily. I also shop garage sales, thrift stores, and Goodwill stores a few times a month. So far, I have been able to help many people find the items they were looking for. If there is something you are looking for, let me know, and I'll be more than happy to keep my eyes open on my hunts! While I like to sell on ebay to earn money so I can remain a stay-at-home mom, I also enjoy helping other people replace a lost or falling apart "lovie", or helping people finish their collections!
A little personal info about me & my family
I've been married for 15 years, and we have two wonderful, active children. Our daughter is 13, and our son is 8. He was diagnosed with autism right after his second birthday. While he is behind in most things, he makes daily progress, which is exciting to see!
On September 10, 2001, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, at the young age of 33. It came as quite a surprise, since there is no history of breast cancer anywhere in my family. I am happy to say that after 8 rounds of chemo, I am currently cancer free, and have been for over 6 years now. As for employment, I had worked in banking for 17 years, but became a stay at home mom after losing my job due to a buyout in July 2003, and am really enjoying it!!
