I enjoy buying and selling on eBay. I am a graduate student looking to pay off tuition! I sell a variety of items from clothing to books and electronics. You never know what my next deal is going to be!
I am a stickler for details, so my items are described with the utmost attention to detail. I know when I buy an item from eBay or any other online store, I want to get my item quickly so I can start enjoying it. Thus, I ship your item the same or next business day after you pay for your item, so that it can get to you quickly! I often ship priority or first class mail so that the post office can deliver your item even quicker.
I treat others the way I would like to be treated. I am honest with my listings, communicate well with buyers and sellers, strive for complete customer satisfaction and always leave fair and honest feedback. All of my new and pre-owned items are well cared for, packed efficiently and safely and arrive to you quickly for you to enjoy! Thanks for your interest in my listings and good luck!
I do combine shipping unless otherwise stated, so feel free to purchase multiple items from me!
A note about shipping and handling charges (5/5/09): As some of you may know, USPS will be raising their rates on postage starting 5/11/09. I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible and pick the most economical way to send your package to you. Here are some of my shipping policies:
1. My first choice is first class for small items
2. Priority mail flat rate envelopes for medium size items or items heavier than 13 ounces (the maximum weight for first class)
3. Parcel post for medium size items that won't fit in a flat rate envelope or for those whose location makes it cheaper to send it parcel post (which for someone in California is usually more expensive than for me to send it priority)
4. Other forms of priority mail for heavier and larger items, such as flat rate boxes or mailing boxes and envelopes
5. I charge for the amount of postage required for the desired shipping method and a nominal handling fee for the item. The handling fee is usually no more than $1 for most items, unless they are fragile and I need to spend more time and money packing them.
I charge a HANDLING fee because:
1. It costs me money to purchase shipping supplies (such as envelopes, packing tape, computer paper (excluding priority mail envelopes and boxes which are free))
2. It takes time to pack the item properly in the appropriate box or envelope (which often requires cutting and/or searching for many different envelopes and/or boxes before I find a good fit)
3. I drive your item to the post office, which requires gas, time and wear and tear on the car (not that much luckily though as the post office is only two miles away), which is why my handling fee is so low (and lower than most sellers' fees I have found on eBay!)
4. I ship extremely fast! Usually within hours of your payment, unless I am at work.
I hope you will keep this in mind when deciding to purchase an item from me and when you leave detailed seller ratings (DSR) and feedback after an item purchase. My feedback and DSRs help buyers know I am a reputable seller. I know when I go to buy an item on eBay, the first thing I check out is the seller's DSRs and then the actual feedback messages. So please, keep this in mind when rating my DSRs, especially the shipping time and shipping and handling charges. I mail your item quickly but I cannot control how fast the post office gets your item to you and I do not make any money off of shipping. The handling charge you see is to pay for packing and shipping your item!
My DSRs are crucial to my success on eBay, as eBay also calculates the fees for listings and our listing's search standings based on the DSRs! So please, if you could leave 5 stars, I would appreciate it. I work very hard at my eBay selling business and I hope you will show your appreciation by leaving 5 stars for the DSR rating.
