Who is katy2kary? I am a meteorite dealer from Tucson, Arizona. I buy, sell, and trade meteorites. I started dealing in meteorites in 1997 and found my first meteorite at 10:02 6 Feb 1998, a 129 gram Gold Basin complete individual. Since then I have been to Africa, Oman, and Australia as well as here in the USA looking for meteorites. ELKK Eric, Linda (wife), Katy and Kary (daughters) and now you know where ELKK and katy2kary come from. |

Why Meteorites? I watched my first rocket launch in 1957 at White Sands, New Mexico and have been interested in space ever since. Meteorites are as close as I will ever get to the great beyond. They are the oldest things you will ever hold, at least a billion years older than anything else on earth. For ugly black rocks they come in a facinating array of types and shapes, some of which are exceptionally beautiful. |
