Terms of Sale

 The following terms of sale apply to all of our online vehicle sales:

AT AUCTION CLOSING
We will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

- Winning bidder MUST communicate with us within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.
- If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 2 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to another qualified buyer. **We do not tolerate non-paying bidders, read bidder notice below.
- If the deposit of $500 is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 10 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to sell or re-list the vehicle to another qualified buyer.
- Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License at the time of sending the initial deposit.
- Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 10 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle to buyer or shipment to buyer.

WARRANTY
This vehicle is being sold “as is”, unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description.  Seller makes no representations or warranties, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.  Manufacturer's warranties may still apply if applicable.  Extended warranties are available -  please contact us for details.

VEHICLE PRE-INSPECTION
We welcome pre-buy inspections on all vehicles. We have done our best to describe this vehicle as accurately as possible. Most used vehicles have minor imperfections inherent with their age / mileage.  Buyer inspections are encouraged and should be made prior to bidding on this vehicle.  Buyers are responsible for any fees associated with vehicle inspections.

SHIPPING
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can assist with shipping arrangements but we assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.  All shipping arrangements are provided by us as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with the seller. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-21 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an estimate time of arrival.

PLACING A BID
- All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bidding is a legally binding contract. Do not bid on this auction if you are not serious about owning or financially able to purchase this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to ebay, and negative feedback posted.  Please read eBay's User Agreement.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Bidding on this vehicle obligates you to a legal and binding purchase contract on this vehicle. We reserves the right to cancel any bids and to close this auction in the event this vehicle is no longer available for sale.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS:

Bidding on eBay is a binding contract! See eBay's Bidding Overview We do not tolerate non-paying bidders and will pursue all available recourse including leaving negative feedback and filing unpaid item disputes with eBay.

We reserve the right to:
- Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction;
- Cancel all bids and end an auction early if necessary. All vehicles are subject to prior sale.

PAYMENT
We require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction close. Cash, Cashier’s Check, U.S. Postal Money Order, or third party financing are accepted for vehicle payment. All funds must be in U.S. Currency. PayPal is accepted only for deposits. Bidders should have funding in place prior to bidding on this vehicle. We have financing options available - Please contact us before bidding regarding financing of this vehicle.

TAXES AND REGISTRATION
Sales tax applies for all purchases within the state of Arizona in addition to title and/or registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Vehicles picked up in the State of Arizona are subject to our local sales tax.  All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.  Please contact us for more information or contact your local tax and or motor vehicle authority. Buyer or high bidder is responsible for vehicle pickup, transportation and/or shipping charges and fees.

Title Information
On vehicles that titles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans, there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. In many instances we usually have titles in our possession at closing, however, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Please note that if final payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

Bidder Requirements
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders.  New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding. We block bids from bidders with unpaid item strikes or negative feedback, as well as international buyers. If you are a non U.S. registered member and wish to bid, contact us first. We reserve the right to cancel bids for any reason.
