Caillou Noir has formed a field party in the Sahara which is prospecting for meteorites in several nomading areas. The exact location of the finds ( although known by Caillou Noir ) is a proprietary information, not disclosed. Local names are given to the finds in order to easily distiguish them.
Most of our items are classified by reknown institutions before being presented for sale. Publications by the Nomenclature Committee of the Meteoritical Society is pending to its regulars trimestrial meetings.
