Payment is required within 7 days of when you "buy it now" or from the end of the auction. If payment is not received within this time then an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay. If payment is not received within the following 7 days the dispute will be finalised, leaving an Unpaid Item Strike. Sorry I do not like to do this but I have had lots of time wasters!
PayPal is preferred but I do not mind a cheque or postal order. If you send a cheque or postal order please can you enclose the item number and your address details. Items will be posted on receipt of cleared funds. For overseas bidders - I only accept PayPal.
Items are posted just about every day, so there will never be a delay in sending your item. Proof of posting is ALWAYS obtained and will be sent to you on request. First class, Second class, Recorded Delivery and Special Next Day Delivery is offered. Please make your choice when sending payment.
I can combine postage costs for multiple auction wins, however, to do this I can only accept ONE payment. If you let me know when you have finished bidding or buying, I will send you an invoice. For UK buyers each additional item is only £1 postage! For overseas only $1 postage per additional item.
I pride myself on the accuracy of my descriptions and photographs. Due to reproduction reasons and customers' own screens, colours may be slightly different. Black is a hard colour to photograph and keep the detail, sometimes I may have to lighten the colour to show the detail.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, PLEASE contact me via an ebay message before leaving feedback so I can resolve any problem.
Please ensure that you have read the item description and asked any questions before bidding! On any thongs, boyshorts etc, I cannot refund due to hygiene reasons. Other items must be returned within 7 days. The buyer pays for return postage. This is for auction and Buy It Now items. Items MUST be returned complete with tags, hangers, packaging etc. Exactly as the item was sent to you!
The item number MUST be returned with the item along with a note of who you are and why the item has been sent back. I cannot process a return or exchange without the number because we will not know who and why the item has been returned! Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
