RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will are happy to exchange or refund (shipping excluded) and size exchange is available on all clothing (where available). Exchange or refund items must be unused with all tags attached and received in original condition, buyer is to cover all return shipping costs. Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded upon return of the item.

 

Shipping methods


All parcels within shipping to Australian address will be posted via Receipted Delivery with a tracking number and free insurance or via the Express Post Platinum service. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery so if no one is home to sign for the parcel it will be returned to your local post office an a note left to advise of collection, please note that Express Post Platinum does not offer shipping insurance.

International parcels will be shipped via Air Mail, Receipted Air Mail or Express Post International, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Air Mail parcels do not have a tracking number or insurance so they will be posted at the customers risk, Air Mail parcels do have a Customs number which is used for shipping confirmation for PayPal but can not be used to track down a parcel during transit.

Receipted Air Mail parcels do have a tracking number and insurance. 

Express Courier International has a tracking number and an online tracking service but shipping insurance is not available on this method of delivery.

 

We will no longer post parcels to Italy or Spain without insurance and tracking due to the unreliable postal service in that area, if insurance is refused your payment will be refunded and order canceled.

Delivery timeframe

We post parcel daily from Monday to Friday and post parcels out within 2 working days after your payment clears into our account or is delivered by the postie.



Parcels within Australia will then arrive 1 - 7 days after we have shipped your parcel out with the average being around 3 days for metropolitan addresses. If your parcel has not been delivered after 7 days then please contact us and we will trace it for you through Australia Post (or courier) as all Australian parcels will have a tracking number.

International parcels normally take 1 - 3 weeks to arrive (3 - 5 days for Express Courier International), the average being 7 - 10 days but if your parcel is caught up in Customs it may take up to 8 weeks to arrive, this is extremely rare but does occur on a small number of parcels, if this does happen to your parcel we are sorry but not much can be done except be patient. If your parcel has not been delivered by the 3 week mark please check in at your Post Office as they may have just forgotten to leave a calling card. Of all our years of mailing parcels we have not had a single parcel become lost (that we are aware of), every parcel that is delayed ALWAYS arrives by the 8 week mark or is returned to us as 'unclaimed' within 12 weeks so be sure to check the post office as it will cost to reship unclaimed parcels back to you.

 

 

And now the boring stuff, sorry but it's necessary…

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - We are happy to accept bank deposit, International money orders in Australian currency or PayPal as payment.

  Please make contact within 3 days of auction closing time. Payment to be made within 10 days of auction closing time unless prior arrangements have been made. If we have not received a payment after 7 - 10 days we will send out a non paying bidder reminder email. If this reminder is no responded to after a further 7 days a strike will be issued. This process is necessary for us to claim back the fees charged to us by ebay for the sale of the listed items.

 

  All parcels within Australia will be sent via Receipted Delivery, this includes a tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery. Parcels are covered against loss or damage during transit for the final auction bid or “Buy it Now” price, buyer will receive their choice of a refund or replacement (if product is available).

Due to the high risk involved we will no longer post any parcel via regular Express Post as the service offers no protection against against fraud or theft, all parcels will require comprehensive tracking and a signature upon delivery therefore if you require Express Post it will need to be sent via Express Post Platinum ($11.90 for a 500g satchel or $15.90 for a 3kg satchel). We no longer able to offer a pick up service on any parcels, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Items damaged during transit will need to be returned to us before a payout or replacement product is issued, we will post replacements free of charge but buyers are to cover shipping to return products to us.

Large parcels will be sent through a Courier service, please check your parcel BEFORE signing the release in case it has been damaged in transit.

If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed from the Courier or Australia Post, all reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Insurance and tracking is optional for international destinations. It covers up to $100 for an insurance claim, additional insurance can be purchased for parcels valued over $100. We will not take responsibility for postal services, we will no longer replace items or refund for lost or damaged parcels that are not insured. We do not receive a tracking number for international parcels unless they are insured. 

 

  We will happily combine items for shipping, please contact us to arrange costs before bidding. If making multiple purchases please request a payment total from us at the checkout once you have finished shopping. 

 

  Please make sure your shipping details are correct. We ship only to the address registered on the ebay checkout or PayPal payment. If your details are incorrect we will not take responsibility for lost parcels.

 

Although all of are products are carefully sealed and stored we do have a small fluffy dog, we do our best to keep all items free of fur but a few stray hairs may come off our clothes while packing parcels. If this occurs we do apologise.
